Agree with the serial killer vibe, he’s low key controlling in the vlogs and Anna is such a doormat
He gives me creepy vibes too. Often the most vanilla, boring guys are the worst and most controlling one's.

Why did he go out? She never said? He now works for her so I’m not sure where he would have gone that she wouldn’t have wanted to say where’d gone

I don’t know why I dislike mark so much, he seem so vanila, they both seem so vanilla.

but at the same time if I find out in ten years time he turn into a psycho serial killer who had the bodies of 18 actual humans in a makeup fridge in his shed,
I don’t think I’d blink twice.
(I’m reading hat back and it looks worse than it sounds in my head)
I like Mark but I'm crying at this 😂

I’m so glad I’m not alone with the mark creepiness vibes 😆

i can picture Anna in five years, sitting at her makeup station trying out a new £290 quid eye cream whilst telling a vlog about pasta sauce (or something equally boring....)

and in the background, holding a sheep’s kidney in a soda bread tin (or something equally creepy...)
behind a white company curtain...will be mark.

Mark works for her?... What does he do?

Genuinely interested, I hadn’t heard about this before.

Could she not have styled this top with something, anything, other than the Re/Done jeans?! She is doing this top and brand favors. She looked happier doing a mirror selfie in her tit-stained tracksuit than she does here.

Someone needs to help her with her hair.
there has to be something she can try to compliment her face more. It’s just so harsh,
I’d love to see her with a fringe or a different parting or highlights or something.

YES! The denim shade is too casual and the shape of the jeans just looks so off with the voluminous top

May I ask why everyone finds Mark strange? I don’t see it personally, but maybe I would if people pointed it out.

I think it’s Anna who got hold of him and never left go tbh... I remember one of her videos years ago where she was talking about uni and how she met Mark during freshers week (he lived in the flat above or something) and she said ‘he’s mine’ or something to that effect.
Because I’ve always found it weird how their life revolves around HER life (her family, moving to the place she grew up etc.) cause Mark is from the Midlands and I hardly see them talk about his family or choosing to live somewhere a bit more convenient for both of their families - although this could’ve been his choice.

She looked much better with longer hair imo. Her head and bone structure is quite round/big (not trying to be nasty it’s just an obvious fact) and the short hair does not compliment her at all. Also because it’s short and finishes around her chin it draws more attention to her mouth/teeth. It sounds so dramatic but Since she cut her hair I can hardly Watch her videos because I’m just transfixed on her tooth/jaw.
she needs to grow her hair out - I liked it when it was super long but I also liked the length of it circa London flat times.

The proportions just make her look like she has bulky thighs which she actually doesn't. She needs to understand that we can't all suit all the trends and big and oversized tops don't look good on her. I think she looks best in skinny/straight jeans and like a turtleneck top - simple yet stylish and suits her body shape perfectly!!!

I agree, I think she has a great figure and she looks way better in the most simple outfits than I ever could. Not all of us have the same taste, obviously, but it never feels like her actual taste and looks like she buys stuff because it fits into a certain aesthetic that she wants to stick to. I used to find her absolutely gorgeous back in the day. Now with the comedy brows and overpriced unattractive outfits, I don't think she does herself justice.

I really don't know who is her target market, the clothes that she wore on her latest blog post come close to 1k, all in the name of sustainability.

I am on her FB group, the group is quite down to earth but I just don't see them as wealthy women that spent £200 on a cardigan. She screams new money (but not Gucci/Prada like ITF), maybe she wants to branch out and be different from Lily? In any economic climate, I just don't see how a normal person can stomach this price. I cannot recall Fleur or Amelia actually spent that kind of money on clothes.

The red dress together with her hair, screams Handmaid Tale to me

Not defending Anna's "capsule wardrobe" but even in Anna's case, it's hard to compare her to Amelia or Fleur to be honest. I don't really know Fleur's background but I'm assumin she's always been comfortable and Amelia's dad is eye wateringly, mind bogglingly rich and especially Amelia has the kind of mindless consumerism that's hard to compete with. She was jumping on a bed covered in designer shopping bags not so long ago, it might have been her birthday, I don't know.

If Anna dropped the capsule wardrobe pretense, I don't think most people eould care what she bought or how often she bought it. I stick to what these people call a capsule wardrobe because to me, it's just my wardrobe 😂 Limited space to store, limited budget for impulse purchases. She can just go ahead and say she's tried to stick to a capsule wardrobe but she enjoys buying new clothes so she'll give it up. Just because you're rotatingt your seasonal clothes, doesn't mean you stick to what you own and what you need.

I do like her aesthetic in general but she does take the piss with 'capsule wardrobe' - it's anything but! And why does she keep worn shoes in the wardrobe?

Also I've just watched her talk about skincare and that £105 retinal mask. Not intending to be witchy but her skin simply isn't selling the products for me. And for a product that doesn't even disclose the concentration of retinaldehyde, £105 is a disgrace.

I never understand how influencers cope with having so many skincare empties, my skin would go absolutely nuts if I had to try so many products so frequently.

Haha I’m in her FB group too and, maybe it’s because I don’t check often, I’ve never really seen discussions about spendy clothing. I saw someone ask for a cheaper dupe of the Gucci Soho Disco, but I think her main demographic is women 20-30 who, yeah might have money to spend on investment pieces, but most of them are probably in college, recent graduates or grad students who live within their means.

It was okay unlike Caroline group which I am on the verge on existing. Caroline has the worst fans, imagine grown women that worship another grown woman and calling her queen and constantly seeking validation.

Someone asked about birth control on Anna group which I thought is quite refreshing

Today’s she is showing us a £95 linen shirt. She really has more money than sense. If she truly had a capsule wardrobe and Didn’t buy so many Expensive clothes, they’d be able to buy a new house in no time 😂

I’m on both these groups and TOTALLY AGREE! Caroline’s fans are sycophantic idiots

If anybody wants a proper capsule wardrobe enthusiast on Youtube, Use Less (real name Signe) is quite good. She also recommends cycling through four seasons in your capsule wardrobe, but she doesn’t add and remove a hundred different things each time, and she advocates buying second-hand as much as you possibly can for sustainability.
