Putting headphones on and blasting loud music is a great pick me up and stress relief.
Did your friend not even move at all? How long was she on it? Because even my not sporty friend in a wheelchair did not have that effect other than in the beginningIt is banned in a lot of sports. And it will cause weight gain sorry if I used the word large i stead of weight gain. How do I know? It happened to a friend who used the stuff and didn’t exercise. Ballooned like an elephant
Which creatine are you using? I am just about to start as have heard so many great reviews but not sure which one to go for?@ThisIsMyDragName I have no idea if this works for you or not, but I'm taking creatine. It's like I'm alive again. There is more energy, everything is more fun and it takes away the brain fog. I do have to say that there's a lot about it but read up and do what works for you. I can't take it every day so I cycle on and off. It works better than the Prozac my dr prescribed
I don't know if this is you either but my friends and I figured out that the rage is when we're ovulating. Where it was wearing lots of red and wanting to jump anything with a pulse, our body now throws in blind rage. Like it wants us to know that any baby making is now
And I can't help you with bladder control. But I do know that I can go to my dr and they can refer me to hospitals for a short course. Need to do that soon but I'm not there yet. I do know that there is special underwear for it. Like period underwear is supposed to absorb tiny leaks of a long time. But this is supposed to take up quick blasts and it helps with the smell. If you buy those and wash those, those things never dry. But these days there are really cute adult diapers that feel soft and look and feel like underwear. If you don't need it every day but just want to be extra sure for things like a day out, the throw aways are really good. I'm usually okay but not too long ago I was out for a day, sneezed too hard and forgot to cross my legs. That made me hyper insecure so now I'm camp better safe than sorry
My personal opinion is if you are looking to sell in the next two years get yourselves a new boiler. One with at least a 10 year warranty. It will make a huge difference when it comes to selling your property.Husband and I own a house which we are about to rent out as we are moving away. We plan to sell the house in the next 2 years. The boiler has broken. Someone came on Saturday and said we need a new part. We called the same company to double check something about the part and his boss told us this part is likely going to be 80 percent successful and it may better to get a whole new boiler. The guy on Saturday was pretty adamant what the issue is but his boss is maintaining that it may be better to just get a new boiler. We have asked for the direct number of the guy who came on Saturday, who we have been told is a sub contractor, and the boss said he will check to see if the SC is happy to give his number out. The SC also told us he would give us a good price for the install and his boss is quoting at least £220, which is around 2 hours labour. We already paid £130 for the call out.
Also to note that we got the boiler serviced by someone else a few months ago and it was all fine.
It’s a cheap boiler, a Heatline one, the the issue is an F28 code and we have been told it needs a new heat valve.
Any advice? We have two kids and currently no heating and hot water.
As far as I am aware they did no exercise. They just balloonef as they thought taking creatin would make them fit 🫠 For a clever person he was very stupid.Did your friend not even move at all? You do hold some waterweight in the beginning. The first one or two weeks you do balloon and you feel like one. But after that the balloon effect is gone
If you don't want to hold the waterweight and need to get rid of it for some event, it also takes a week, two tops to get that weight off
And for the peeps who read this and take magnesium: they say you can take creatine all through the day, as long as it's the same time every day. But I take magnesium at night and magnesium and creatine make me super gassy. So I went with creatine in the morning and magnesium at night
Second this. I rented a property where this exact part and issue happened, the house was FREEZING constantly but they kept plastering over the cracks. My child had blue lips at times it was awful. Since moved out and my bills have halved & this house is a lot bigger. It will potentially cause more problems while a tenant is in there where you are dealing with call outs, and also mean tenants don’t stay.My personal opinion is if you are looking to sell in the next two years get yourselves a new boiler. One with at least a 10 year warranty. It will make a huge difference when it comes to selling your property.
I sympathise with boiler troubles as we are having the same in our house. I'd probably replace it if you are planning on having tenants in , imagine being legally responsible to deal with all that on someone else's behalf. Especially if you aren't there in person. Like pp said , get a lower cost new boiler that comes with a warranty for a rental property.Husband and I own a house which we are about to rent out as we are moving away. I'm very much of the thought that if it fits in the washing machine, I'll wash it. I guess the problem with a bean bag type thing would be getting the filling dry afterwards. Would you risk tumble drying it too?Has anybody washed a small bean bag item, with the contents in? The washing instructions say you can, but not sure if I should empty first
It’s only small. I wasn’t going to tumble in case the contents meltI'm very much of the thought that if it fits in the washing machine, I'll wash it. I guess the problem with a bean bag type thing would be getting the filling dry afterwards. Would you risk tumble drying it too?
