Has anyone tried any of those shampoos that's supposed to be great for hair growth? An have they worked? Or is there anything else I can do to help growth?

My hair seems to have slowed down, I got colours in it a while ago an preferably it would be best that it all just got chopped off due to how much a risk it was in the first place with my skin condition an how sensitive I am, the colours were started a little bit further down to keep away from my scalp an right now it would be too short for my liking if I cut it the now so hoping there's a way to speed up growth a bit

I’ve never heard of it peeling before?!? I would get a ceramic one but it might be cheaper to buy a new slow cooker

I have a non stick one and a ceramic one. The ceramic one has been fine, but you've now made me think the non stick one will probably get damaged, especially as it has a saute function, so things will probably get burnt on.

I had some kind of rash years ago which I think the pharmacist said was to do with the sun and gave me a tube of aqueous cream to clear it up.

I'll try some aqueous cream . It's odd i never get direct sunlight on some parts of my body , so I think it's more heat rather than sun .

i know it’s not their fault that royal mail sent it to them but it’s your property (and it’s of significant value!) i googled and a few useful email addresses come up for their higher ups so i would email all of them. i hope you get it back!

A couple of questions about suede

Can someone recommend a good suede polish? I just grabbed some lovely suede shoes from my local outlet and want to keep them looking good over time

in turn I have some suede boots that are so tight on the ankle and a squeeze on the calves. Can anyone recommend the safest way to stretch them out a bit? I don’t mind wearing them in but I can barely do them up at the moment

Does anyone know of anything good to get rid of ants from the house? already sealed up lots of holes but they're still coming. Can't use anything toxic as i have pets. Honestly i feel so itchy and disgusting

“Pest Strike” ant spray on Amazon is supposed to be pet friendly and is well reviewed.
I’ve not tried it yet as the powder around the door frames seems to have stopped them coming in but we’ve had them badly already this year.

What’s the best thing to do with very worn, stained baby/ toddler clothes? They are in too bad condition to sell or give to a charity shop. Should I throw them away (which makes me feel bad but I don’t think I have any choice)?

Anyone suffer with chronic uticaria? The doctors just tell me to take an anti histamine but it’s been going on for a long time and if I don’t take the one anti histamine tablet every 24hrs my skin breaks out in hives and I cannot do anything. I’m just concerned there’s a deeper issue like auto immune illness or something. I also have stomach/gut problems when my skin tingles and the hives come on. Don’t really know what to suggest to my doctor.

Try to remove stress from your life. That’s the only way to successfully deal with it

I found a set of keys on the pavement of the road I live on. It has a car key, perhaps a house key and a fob. I tried the car key on the road to see if it opens any cars of the same make of car but it didn’t. Husband put it on the neighbourhood group chat but no one has replied. There isn’t a police station here I can drop it to. What shall I do?

I've plucked up the courage to call the department, they haven't written up my notes yet, it will be 3 weeks on Thursday since I went (I didn't realise was that long) the person I spoke to has encouraged me to make a complaint as well regarding the whole appointment, I wasn't asked specific questions either which can be quite dangerous so hopefully they will get back to me about that to. Thank you

If someone seems uninterested whenever you have ethnic hairstyles and not straight hair would you say they don’t like you at all? Gone on a few dates and he can’t even look at me when I have natural textured hair.

Clearly he likes you if he’s still going on dates. But that is a hella weird hangup to have if you date someone

Could it be influenced by something? Friends, video games, TV? Sometimes when kids do something out the blue there's usually something that's influenced it

I'd maybe sit him down an say that until he can give a reason then perhaps restrictions need to be put in place like not seeing friends, no gaming, limited or no TV etc, if he thinks he's going to lose something then maybe he will be open to talk about it

Totally not your fault though, with what kids have access to an with having friends that may have the freedom to whatever they want to view (social media, 18+ content etc) because their parents aren't bothered/not aware of what they are seeing, it can turn kids behaviour into night an day

Never played a video game in his life and rarely watches tv, the school have said that he’s an ideal student and never disruptive, and he hangs out with the quieter, nicer kids, it’s been a complete shock to see him do this and enjoy it as I can’t point to something in his life and say it must be learned from that

I've found this with a picture which does show the slight thigh slope I remember being told about. My thighs were sloping up which I'd been doing for 25 years, hence my painful hip.
We had a visit from a medical person to our office who caused an absolute stink with management about my office equipment & chair and computer setup. Really had them panicking and jumping to it. So they could probably have got done for it.
