Who is "them" and what do you actually need advice with? Why do you not want the money taken for your debts if that was the intended use? I don't really underestand what you're asking...
Them is the charity support workers. I do want the money use for debts! Im worried the DWP will say I must live on it instead and it will already be gone.

Ask now, Then if it's not going to be possible for people to swap, you have plenty of time to come up with an alternative plan. Can't you just book annual leave?
I've asked one person so I'll see what he says. I don't get annual leave due to how my hours are it's worked into my days off so I get paid for them

Is there anything stronger than paracetamol that I can buy OTC for period pain please? Not ibuprofen as no one will sell that to me as soon as I mention I have asthma
Something codiene based or paramol which is a mix of both.

Just very quickly replying, but do you think you could be neurodiverse? I think I am probably somewhere on the spectrum, and a lot of this resonates with me. I am just heading out now, but you are not alone xx
Aw thank you for your quick reply. I have no idea? My husband and daughter joke that I am autistic because I remember things in great detail and I am quite averse to change and a bit controlling about the way things are done but what about all those other feelings I mention, is that a neurodiverse thing? And if it is something like autism, what can I actually do about it?

Not sure if this is the right place but I was given a 24k gold chain for my 18th by my dad, a "few" years ago now.
I've never worn it, it's just not my style. My dad has since died and I'm thinking it would be better to sell the chain and get something I'd actually wear to remember my dad.
How's best to go about that? I don't know if I trust all these cash my gold companies but is it something a proper jewellery shop would buy off me?
I think Ramsdens buy gold. Some jewellers probably do buy gold, sure Google would tell you

That’s the thing. I have issues with my ears. I cannot bear to have them covered. I find over ear earphones to be suffocating and inner ears cause problems. It’s a fairly recent thing and hugely annoying.

it’s also not the only common area by a long stretch but might be the only one within view of parents in certain apartments possibly
Try a white noise machine.

Is it a public area?
Well it’s within the confines of the apartment complex. So it’s private but for residents use. They’re entitled to use it. Although there are notices from the management company saying children shouldn’t be unaccompanied by adults. I spend €2.5k a year in management fees.

He is too polite for his own good! I've just ordered lion poo off amazon 😂 how bloody random but for 15 quid ill give it a go! The place is drenched in vinegar so if the little curly fucker does it after I've ve tried these methods ill absolutely give her a knock x

Do you mean pull the owner up on it? Absolutely do so. Most people would be mortified if they twigged what their dog was doing. Just ask her to keep her dog off your land. You're perfectly entitled to.

Just after people's opinions please. It's my dad's 70th next year, he's turning 69 soon so we haven't spoken much about his 70th. Usually we like to go away as a family for parents' bigger birthdays, city break pre grandchildren and caravan or lodge style holiday since grandchildren are on the scene. I've found out my brother has booked a holiday and it clashes with the weekend dad turns 70. My brother wants us to now celebrate my dad's birthday a weekend early, which is obviously annoying, but also doubly annoying as our dad's birthday falls on a Saturday next year, so we would have been away for his actual birthday which would have been perfect. So do I arrange my dad's birthday weekend away early to suit my brother, or do I stick with his actual birthday weekend which was always the plan although not set in stone?! If I arrange the weekend before his birthday, I'm going to have to arrange something on his birthday weekend too such as a meal out. Also, I had offered to pay for my parents portion of the accommodation as a gift, but my the weekend my brother wants to go is Bank Holiday and it's a lot more expensive. 😬😩

I’d be f-ing outraged at that.
If you can switch it to focus on health and confidence I’d be ok with it but that message implies you need to look good/your best for the sake of other people (at parties) and that means being physically smaller. It’s an awful, outdated, misogynist message that no one wants to have reinforced for feel more pressure about. As if we don’t have enough to do this time of year too!

I’d go more down a “why wait for January to make resolutions? Stopping smoking or feeling healthier around food or exercise, whatever your goals, we can support you”
I wouldn’t mention weight loss directly in the heading information at all.
Unfortunately she would not listen to me 😕 I tried so many ways to tell her that this could be triggering to some people, that some people may be sensitive about weight especially if they are struggling an this time of year is already hard enough, that some people may not like an email so direct an her response was "it wouldn't bother me so why would it bother others" so I sent it out before I left for the night because I didn't want to be in for any responses that come back

Personally I find it quite disrespectful to be sending out, just because one is seeing us for one issue does not mean that's all that's going on in their life, they could be struggling with other things around weight and food an this email just looks like an attack on that

I recently re-pierced my ears at home and i want them to heal nicely! Has anyone got any good advice on how to heal/look after them? Preferably cheap aswell lol
You can get sterile saline solution out of boots for ear piercing, don't think it costs much an just put some on a little cotton bud an then clean around the pierced hole back an front twice a day, I believe it can take up to 6 weeks to heal for ears, try not to go swimming for a little while an give a really good drying after showering so there's no excess water getting into them, whatever you do DO NOT use surgical spirit, someone told me to use that once when I got my daith pierced an got bumps an it stings like hell

What weed killer do you use? You need to ensure it’s the right thing for the weed you’re dealing with so may need two different types, ones that kill the roots. If you happen to know any farmers, they can get the industrial stuff.

We have large gravel/stones and don’t have a cat problem, if yours is more small shingle maybe you can top it with some larger stones when you come to do it assuming the size puts them off.
Honestly in the past we’ve only used the stuff you get from say b & q, we have two cats and a dog and there are a lot of neighbourhood pets hence the poop issue it seems so we ve been trying to be careful however. It doesn’t work that well so we’re thinking of looking for something stronger and we will lay the membrane and gravel straight away and keep the pets in out the way, I have heard that larger stones puts them off so we will prob give this a try!!! And keep our fingers crossed! Thanks!!

Thank you I never thought of asking tbh I'm one of those people who hates asking & putting people out, my hair personally is absolutely awful, has zero curl just pure frizz, I straighten it, tie it up & that's it, i sweat so bad if I wear it down heat literally comes off my head even in winter its so weird, I've just never been shown how to style it properly & had the piss taken out of me by my so called mother during my teenage years I've kind of just accepted it, i used to try & wear it down occasionally as a teenager using a whole can of mousse in the process giving it that crispy horrible texture. I just hate the fact a lot of hairdressers have you sitting in front of a big window like you are in some kind of freak show as well.
I know it can be hard to find a good hairdresser, but a good one will understand an also help you out with advice on what can help your hair, I don't know your area but could you even just go into some around your bit an just talk with them? Just see if they have experience with your hair type, it helps going to someone who knows what they are doing an sometimes certain hairdresses are only experienced in specific hair types

I need my hair cut but I have no idea what I want done. It's long and in this heat is just irritating

Is there a website where I can upload my photo and it'll show me what hairstyles will look like on me please?
The dreaded Chatgpt will do this for you.

Do people recommend using a mortgage advisor? I used one when I was a first time buyer and not long until my mortgage is due to renew. My first one recommended a 2 year deal but I said no I want 5 years so went for that. Glad I did as the rate went up a lot a few months later. Just makes me wonder whether or not I can just do it myself

I take some B-vitamin in the morning or something like berroca
I take magnesium and 5HTP and multivitamin pills
Would taken these eventually help if they are in the system?

I actually feel fine when am up an dressed, don't feel the tiredness or the strong want to stay in bed, it only seems to happen when I first wake up despite the fact am naturally waking in the first place

If someone seems uninterested whenever you have ethnic hairstyles and not straight hair would you say they don’t like you at all? Gone on a few dates and he can’t even look at me when I have natural textured hair.
I think I'd have to mention it to him! What would happen if your relationship progresses and you ended up living together or getting married? Maybe it's something as simple as him not realising that hair straighteners exist and wondering how your hair is so different, but it seems strange to be bothered by it!

My manager asked me to do something which isn’t so much higher than my pay grade and I’m not paid to assess. Not sure what I should say but I don’t know why I would have to use my time and mental energy figuring something out which I’m not qualified to do. I don’t know why she’s picking my brains but I don’t want to be rude and I have got my own things to get on with.
I'd just be upfront an honest an say that you'd like to politely decline as you feel you aren't qualified enough to take it on an you'd prefer it went to someone who is more experienced with it as with your own workload you feel it may be added stress

It could be they feel you are ready to take it on, but it also could be a way of seeing if you will just take on whatever they give an then you'd be in the position of getting more work an them saying "well you done it last time" if you try to decline it
