Not so much a problem but like a king for advice S IV recently lost weight and need some new clothes.im taking the opportunity to buy quality items that will last for once!

Jumpers - any recommendations for soft jumpers? Possibly cashmere or merino wool?

Trousers - comfy stylish trousers that are not jeans?

Coat - something warm and waterproof that won't make me look frumpy 😂

PJ's - a top and trouser bottom set that is really soft and comfy

Robe - ideally a towelling one that feels like one you get at the spa?

Trainers - what trainers is everyone wearing these days? Ideally would want something that goes with most jeans/leggings etc
Jumpers: Uniqlo or M&S.

My coat is by ONLY. It was around £35 on Amazon. I've had it for more than 5 years and it's still good with daily wear in Autum/winter.

There is a trainer thread in the "advice" section, with lots of suggestions.

I get you - I’m of the same mind.

maybe try a personal styling session at John Lewis?

regarding the robe… I bought my husband a monogrammed one from a personalised gift site (😂 sounds so silly when I type it out) BUT it is exactly the kind you get in a spa, it might be worth looking for something like that? I wouldn’t recommend White Company as I found theirs really scratchy but I have a Next Jersey one and it’s very soft.

Robes - white company! But wait for Black Friday.
Uniqilo does good basics in general but honestly I think it’s less about the shop/money and more about the fabric in terms of longevity. You get a better fit of you pay more, better stitching’s no seams etc but you don’t always have to break the bank.
Look at andreacheong_ on insta who goes through brands and fabrics, sewing techniques etc

I have a couple of cashmere jumpers, M&S and white company. My towelling dressing gown is Barbour and 2 years old, I love it definitely gives me the spa feeling. Jeans depends on the fit you want, I have m&s and Levi's. New balance trainers. Pjs anywhere as long as they are 100% cotton for me. Matalan or next usually.

I have an auditor coming in to assess my financial reports at work, it's a standard yearly audit but my first one (I got promoted a year ago and that's when I took over the reports) and I am absolutely bricking it 😭 I know box breathing and I have some rescue remedy and I know to visualise it going well, but any other calming tips would be great!

The Sleep Zone Podcast do really calming background noise for everyday activities- I use it while I’m working and it is really soothing whilst helping you concentrate. Coffee Shop Jazz is my favourite! Also fresh air, open a window if you can’t get outside and let it on your face. These are things that help me (autistic and very anxious!!)

Our auditors give us time to fix things if they’re not right, so I’m sure yours will be the same. Don’t worry - you got this! Maybe tell them you’ve just taken over, too.

I have a quality inspection today and my advice is just to get through the first one! Once you realise how these work you are much more relaxed for the following ones.
My first inspection I was also really stressed but I told the auditor that I’m new and nervous and he was really nice about it. Even gave some advice on how to make my life easier.

7/11 breathing helped me. Also in cbt therapy I learnt the senses technique I still use now. So when you feel panicked in your head list 5 things you can see, hear, smell, feel etc and by the time you’ve gone through them you feel more in the room and grounded than stressed stuck inside your head. Hood luck

I’ve got my driving test tomorrow. Except my driving instructor as gone into labour. We were meant to have lessons today and tomorrow. I’ve forgotten how to reverse park. I tried in my husbands car yesterday but completely ducked it. If I pass it’s going to be a total fluke.

Deep breath! You’ve had a brain fart that’s all ❤ maybe ask hubs or a trusted friend to take you out later?

Is there another instructor from the same company that can give you a lesson? My brother was a driving instructor an he used to say the worst anyone ever done was before their test, he used to joke that all your bad moments had to come out before it, the lesson before my test I curbed the car, pulled out in front of someone at a round a bout, an used the wrong lane, it was such a friggin disaster that I was dreading my actual test but I passed completely fine

If you feel nerves will take over, I used rescue remedy a hour before my test an also right before my test

You will be fine, promise. Your brain is just having a wobble but it will be allright. It's not unusual to temporarily forget everything the day before a big event - talk to all the theatre people out there. I've had a few talks I had to do recently and when the test run went well I ducked it up on stage completely, but when I did horribly in the test run the actual talk was super. So hugs, don't try to hard today and just give it your best tomorrow!

M&s have been mentioned as have probably the biggest selection of cashmere / merino knitwear of the high Street.

I'd recommend using a waterproofing treatment at home to waterproof a coat as a lot of them don't withstand heavy rain. Or buy one from an outdoor brand.

Trainers- New Balance are comfy and hard-wearing.

Thank you all for your advice, I did explain I was new to it and how long I'd been doing it for, had some IT issues which was a nightmare and it was super in depth. I've done the best I can do so hopefully that's enough and it will all be okay 🤞🏽 nothing I can do now

Do you mean as a witness to the will? In which case no, they lose all inheritance if they’re a beneficiary and witness of the will
---
They shouldnt really be there at all if they’re a beneficiary really. In some cases there has been but it’s very rare
