If I ever rented out a house I'd actually love an influencer with too much money to be my tenant. The stuff they install and do to houses to show off and allude to owning a property is actually staggering
I can’t either! She’s beyond irritating now! So fake! Everything is her favourite place or happy place! Amazing blah blah! Can’t watch her stories anymore![]()
She is a melt, for someone who was such a know it all buying the house I don't know why she waited over a year to alarm it?? We had our alarm sorted before there was a stick of furniture in the house, can't be too careful like.True- I’m fairness, Belle what’s her name has #homeowner on hers.
New builds are usually wired for alarms too so it's not like it would have been a lot of work. She is a melt, for someone who was such a know it all buying the house I don't know why she waited over a year to alarm it?? We didn't get ours for a while because we didn't have the money for it, these insta "stars" like to give the impression they don't have that problemShe is a melt, for someone who was such a know it all buying the house I don't know why she waited over a year to alarm it?? Grace only has lows when it suits herIt’s painful watching her flog absolutely everything and anything. The over positivity comes off as so fake it’s mortifying to watch her/read her posts esp knowing her age. I know FBG gets loads of flack and I’m not mad about her personally either but at least she shows the lows when they come.
True, but at least it shows some diversity. The only time I’ve seen Terrie change from her default overly positive fake attitude is when BU exposed her for rigging comps.Grace only has lows when it suits her
She seemed quite depressed earlier this year before Covid.. or at least I was depressed listening to her.True, but at least it shows some diversity. The only time I’ve seen Terrie change from her default overly positive fake attitude is when BU exposed her for rigging comps.
I wonder!! We live abroad and have often thought about purchasing a house at home but as ex pats it is next to impossible to buy. As far as I know in order to get a mortgage you need to be living at home a year.Link
They bought the house as shown here. I'm curious how they bought the house while living abroad though as they just moved back and sorted it so quick.. Buy to let maybe?! Or cash..?! Or was her "influencing" all going through Irish accounts? The hubbies wouldn't anyway so curious how'd they managed it.. It's a 35/40 per cent downpayment too for a BTL mortgage. One of the only options from abroad and Dublin prices aren't cheap for cash..
I'm sure they said they were rentingThere's a part of me being pedantic, but I haven't seen anything that straight out says they bought the house.....?
They probably did, something like her influence money, savings, he probably got an inheritance from the mother, and then their wedding money furnished it? Dunno if that would cover the whole price or only half and then a BTL mortgage for the rest.
I heard she was getting 3k per nurse which would defo add up but that feels like too high a figure so not sure?I know people who did a year or two in Australia and with their tax rebate money were able to put hefty house deposits down when they returned home. The wages are high and so is cost of living, and you pay a lot of tax but getting the rebate means you get a chunk of money refunded when you're home.
Lets not forget Terrie and the nursing recruitment scandal. I don't know if it was just gossip or where I heard it but wasn't she allegedly getting 500 euro referral money for each nurse she recruited to agencies over there?
That article posted above says they purchased a house. But then it says Terrie was excited to decorated her new 'base' which doesn't sound like something you'd say if you bought a house?!There's a part of me being pedantic, but I haven't seen anything that straight out says they bought the house.....?

duck that does seem too high. Even 500 seems ridiculous though, it's not long adding up. The agencies make a fortune on agency nurses though - they charge a premium to the health care provider for the nursing cover itself, so they're making mad profits.I heard she was getting 3k per nurse which would defo add up but that feels like too high a figure so not sure?
Did she ever get any repercussions form the scandal or was she allowed keep the money?I heard she was getting 3k per nurse which would defo add up but that feels like too high a figure so not sure?
I posted the link where the article said they bought it. Its down as link in my last post. There's a part of me being pedantic, but I haven't seen anything that straight out says they bought the house.....?

Né as the competition rigging.. Still around. In any other profession she'd be gone and find it hard to get anything elsewhere. Something should have been done. Especially twice with huge scandals.Did she ever get any repercussions form the scandal or was she allowed keep the money?
