Admittedly hadn’t used the app for a while before I left but it always worked fine for me. Perhaps they changed it for the worse.

The time i was there it regularly went down, but if anyone dared question why the app wasnt working, the arselickers would be up in arms! " be patient ", "its mfps fault",nobody would admit it was rubbish and in the end, i think people were afraid to even bring up the subject, in fear of being slated!

How does he have the nerve to charge so much a month for an app that relies so heavily on MFP? Which is crap and full of wrong entries. You have to input the info like steps, fluids etc I really don't see what TRH provide you with after the initial "chat"... The workouts when I was a member are exactly the same, never change.

Nutracheck app I manged to get while on offer for £23 for the whole year 😳 it's fantastic for tracking food and everything else.

James Smith also has a free calculator that gives you your cals and protein you need. Just Google it.

The plan itself is fine in theory and worked for me while I had a lot to lose. The way it's run and how money grabbing they became completely turned me off. All the balls they try and feed you about caring when without a doubt all they care about is your money. Getting a shady debt collectors company involved was a massive red flag. They only offer the odd free place to try and get others thinking how nice they are and when they need a bit of a promotion boost.

Sums it up perfectly, nobody is questioning calorie counting etc, it is the way they treat people and pretend to be wonderful humans despite leaving a path of real destruction in their path.

I was a member at the point it was due to be launched, kept getting delayed- they made anyone who paid the lower amount by PayPal, switch to direct debit and pay more, so they could access it on the launch day (which then didn’t happen for ages) when it did launch it was crap, loads of glitches and would crash and they said they had been ripped off by the developer and that was why. I left shortly after as this was when all the sob stories started about all the ex members who were sticking the knife in etc

The also lied to everyone in this instance too. Said that everyone to get the app had to pay via direct debit or yearly instead of paypal. So people who were there from beginning on £3.50p on paypal had to move to £4.99p direct debit so it seemed. However there was actually the possibility of moving to £3.50p direct debit like many did previous to app launch, they did not give people that option and got people to up payment amount as well as switch to direct debit.
But hey, they are good people just trying to help and that Rachael is too innocent for those facts above to be true ;)

I never understood the 121 coaching?? Never saw any evidence of that??
Every time I see them mention 1-1 coaching my eyes roll so far back in my head I fear they’ll get stuck! Most people are scared to even ask a question and those who do get a generic copied and pasted response from an unqualified “coach”! Between that, the crap app and not even being able to watch his videos with anyone in the vicinity because his language is too offensive I can’t believe I ever parted with my hard earned cash! 🤣

Ex member here . I would love to know what happened to the ex-affiliates and why they left . I know of a few who were treated like tit .. but there's some more who seemed to have disappeared off the face of the earth

I think you only get coaching if you’re perfectly tracking? If you’re doing that you probably aren’t the person that needs help so much anyway, ruling out the majority of their members.

Probably traumatised !
I know a few who have stopped because they are traumatised, lots of people have PTSD from their group just like myself. The mere mention of them makes my blood boil or just be disgusted in them (however therapeutic to see this thread of people seeing through them).
I remember an affiliate who really stood upto them getting a load of online problems, people would not listen to her sometimes despite mentioning their bad practices. When herself and other people have lifted the lid, they get replies such as ''get over it'', ''let it go'', which is absolutely disgusting. This stuff will all come to light one day in a #metoo or even Jimmy Saville like moment (not the same obviously but a comparison that there are things being ignored). Some of these people have had their lives made hell but get told '' get over it'' etc, their cult are allowing these people to get away with it. However I know karma will comeback for them one day.

Someone could commit suicide one day because of them, when will people realise they are not just a diet group (they should be) but their owner is a bully who treats people in an awful manner. I myself in 2019 had the worst feeling of my life I could not shake because of his words, I got to a stage on one particular day where I thought of suicide. If I went and said that on their page, I would be met with ''you are an excuse maker'' etc from their cult (that is how I feel).
Nobody should ever ever ever feel like this because of a diet group! Slimming World etc might have its faults (calorie counting all the way), James Smith might swear and annoy some vegans, Body Coach might get on a few peoples bits etc, but nobody is thinking of ending their life because of an online person like Richie.

That is dreadful! Im so so sorry you were made to feel like that by those 'monsters'
I remember seeing a video which ex affiliate put on utube explaing the way she was treated by them, it was utterly disgusting, the emotion in her voice was clear to see! It was just after i joined, wish i had seen it before joining!
And to think he tries to portray himself as mr nice guy, what a hypocrite!

I think I know exact video you mean. Yet despite yourself seeing straight through those people after her video, she got told to ''let it go'' with Frozen film gif's as if she should shut up about it. Those people are almost as bad as perpetrators.

Imagine yourself or family being harrassed/bullied and having the guts to speak up, to then have people turn a blind eye and be absolutely awful to you? Imagine someone coming forward on tv about Saville, Epstein etc and the presenter saying ''let it go'' (obviously different circumstances). This is essentially the heartless cult they have built around themselves.

Thanks for kind words, I am in a better place now but avoid all of their social media or any affiliate they have to avoid PTSD triggers.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I was party to it and it was disgusting. There was a married couple who I think have split up now and they were both doing well , apart from both having mental issues. Both of them ended up working for that twit and his insecure Mrs. The bloke got punted and ended up doing online gaming and the wife was working at the headquarters but gone quiet now
