In my personal opinion I believe some of the people that portray ''mh issues'' in their affiliates are no angels themselves, think there is some hamming up for sympathy/sales (again in my opinion).

Oh my he gets worse! If he was my partner I would be absolutely mortified and having a stern word. It’s so unprofessional, when people are paying for a service the least the provider could do is be polite and try not to swear, just shows how arrogant he is. Bad language doesn’t normally offend me but he takes it to the extreme!

I personally think something tragic will happen, he does not know what to do if he is not controlling everyone and everything around him, from diet, girlfriend, staff, affiliates etc (everything here my opinion). When it gets to the stage of being multi multi multi millionaires (already could retire many times over and millionaires), surely Rachael etc got to stop having no life to make it, and start asking him questions when do they stop? He will never ever be happy, give him £1b and he would not know what to do.
