Thank you so much. I totally understand the exercise point. I was avoiding exercise I enjoyed because it didn’t give me as many steps - jogging on the spot like a moron was better for steps, but I really want to do yoga,
Joe Wicks, Jillian Michaels, body pump. But none of those got my steps up. They made me feel 100000 times better but who cares if you don’t get your gold star right?!

another contradiction I noticed was a video he did slating people for doing steps with no effort, said your “titties should be bouncing around”. A few people commented that the morning step with El video wasn’t that energetic and previously they’d said any movement classed as steps, so why the change? Apparently we are all too thick to know you have to be throwing yourself around like a maniac (which is actually incorrect, any movement above BMR contributes to NEAT which is all that steps are adding to).

I didn’t mind the swearing but I’ve found comments a lot more vulgar than before and it’s not what I want to be exposed to. Even “tittles bouncing around”, wtf? Really?

This sort of thing really annoys me - yes, you can get some healthy food cheap in this country but, like you say, not everyone has access to it, both for distance/transport reasons and situational reasons - I've lived in some horrendous rented properties, places without kitchens, places without fridges and freezers, even one dump without running water - I lived on crisps and the occasional piece of Dixie Chicken because, as much as I love a nice lentil curry with rice and a side of vegetables, it wasn't possible to make them or afford them.

I left TRH even more obsessed over food than before I started it - I'm semi calorie counting at the moment alongside the tattle weight loss thread but trying to get myself out of the binge-restrict-binge cycle so I'm taking breaks along the way to try and not get obsessive over it or get into the "I had an extra hundred calories, I'm such a failure, might as well eat a whole pack of digestives" mindset.

Something I am wondering though - I wonder what Richie is like as a boss, can you imagine getting your 6 month review from him?

Yeah he posted a video with a woman he’d drawn in the back ground with a “big hairy minge” drawn on it or something to that effect.
Pathetic puerile arsehole!

If i remember rightly, he once said that he had £20 or something like that pinned on a notice board at work as he trusted everyone, can't imagine him being anything other than

Hes so charming isnt he?..........NOT!!

The irony is, that he encourages the binge restrict cycle with his “diet/bulk” process. All these people forcing down cereal and crumpets to make sure they ‘bulk’ and build ‘lean muscle’ it’s crazy. I literally panicked thinking I don’t know how to eat anymore and I’ve never been overweight! I used to just eat intuitively and was bloody FINE. I’m finding my way back to it his week.

as for the staff, plenty of affiliates are treated like shit apparently, but everyone is too scared to speak up.

I have just joined an intuitive eating group on Facebook (which is free) to see what sort of advice is offered there.

There’s a whole video here from an ex affiliate revealing what he’s like to work with:

My friend just pointed out his whole ethos is one of an abuser. His hateful comments “I only hurt you because I care about you”

Wow, just watched that video - I can't imagine my boss playing videos of people who've left as a (very thinly veiled) warning to everyone still there - it must be like walking round on eggshells.

She seems a lot more professional than the twat that is Richie

I have an awful gut feeling that there was a bit of truth in what was said in that video from his ex affiliate.

About rachael saying she doesn't feel able to challenge Richie and stand up if she doesn't agree with something. I dont think this is only about the business....I have an awful feeling she is like this offline too and he is controlling her

I now need to find the tattle weight loss thread!

She seems relatively normal/nice online, so I think you’re probably right, else surely she’d be standing up to him and pointing out how inappropriate he is

Educated and composed.

It’s awful isn’t it? I’ve wanted to work in fitness and nutrition before and these are the types that have always put me off.
I've been in fitness a long time both as a PT and teaching group exercise, there's alot of great instructors and trainers who genuinely care and aren't complete assholes like this. Unfortunately at the moment the total idiots seem to get the most social media airtime and biggest followings for reasons I have no idea why

He is awful, I also can’t write much on here because he will know who I am but karma is coming to the vile man! I’ve never hated anybody on this planet like I do him.

Before I signed up I did think twice because he’s a thick twat. Saying that he’s stumbled across a way of getting people to pay for hot air and abuse them while they do it.

He should have someone checking the SPAG on his posts as he’s too brainless to manage that himself. All the Betty stuff signals the misogyny and the puerile posts are a guide his mental age.
