IF she were really trying to “enable” him or excuse what he allegedly did, wouldn’t she have tried harder to get him out before her big day? His absence is what made people even start digging into the situation.

And where’s the proof that he was ever out on bail and violated it? That TikTok creator made serious claims — like him orchestrating an attack on the victim involving three people carving an “H” into her leg — but where are the follow-up charges, arrests, or police reports? That would be major news if it happened.

I’m not denying anyone’s trauma. That being said, when serious accusations like that are posted publicly, people deserve transparency. Otherwise, it turns into social media dramatics. The case is already horrific on its own, there’s no need to muddy it with exaggerations or fan theories.

I never said Henri personally carved it — I questioned the claim that three men allegedly attacked the victim on his behalf while he was out on bail. That’s a major accusation, and so far there’s no police report, added charges, or confirmation that he was even out of custody. If this really happened, where’s the actual proof? She needs to show the actual police report of this incident. How can she just divulge ALL of the details but then be like… “can’t talk anymore about it, SOZ! Follow me for updates!” Like what??? I don’t want to follow you, I want to follow the evidence and police reports. Wanting facts before blindly running with a sensational story isn’t shameful — it’s just basic critical thinking.

It's an ongoing case so there's only so much that can be publicly shared without damaging it or risk tainting his presumption of innocence and therefore having the case thrown out.
If you want all the details then you will have to follow it and attend when it goes to court if possible or wait for the media reporting.

No one is going to be releasing documentation to the media just because there's public interest surrounding it and you want to know the ins and outs before you believe the victim.

I kind of agree. My sister has substance abuse issues. Constantly has child protection in her life. You don't see me posting in support of her. Or posting her at all. Private lives stay private. But I think as a influencer it's a bit different. They make their money selling their lives, children and family. So people expect something? A few lines about DV and a help line in support of women. Then she never mentioned again is all it would take to shut everyone up. If she thinks her brother is innocent that's a bit different. She's named if does, damned if she doesn't in that situation.

You are right. I’ve been trying not to get too deep into this, but it’s hard when Ilk or whatever her name is, is twisting the timeline and acting like everything Charlotte says is confirmed fact.

She is presenting serious accusations as facts without anything to back them up. The trial hasn’t even started, court documents aren’t public, and yet she’s claiming things like “Tammy paid for bail” and “the family helped track Charlotte down” like it’s confirmed info. It’s not. And honestly, I don’t even know why Charlotte is commenting at all. The case is still being investigated.

Any lawyer worth their weight would tell you that everyone involved, including family members, victims, etc., should be silent during the whole process. It’s bizarre to me that a victim is speaking through some random TikToker and also commenting under the videos about things that have not been reported to the public. Especially if she was attacked recently. Like isn’t that a safety concern? She basically outed herself….

And those who are asking her to provide proof (like actual court documents, not a few pics and blanketed statements from Charlotte) are being blocked or their comments are being deleted. She’s mixing speculation with alleged victim statements and calling it “advocacy.” That’s not advocacy, it’s irresponsible. There’s a reason no legit news outlets or drama podcasts have reported on anything this ilk person is saying. They can’t until the case is over. Just food for thought….
