Exactly ! I looked this morning despite having cheap seats for Friday 29th May and on the Saturday, the more expensive seats were available in the next block to the cheap ones.
None of it makes sense. Bring back the 90s when we queued outside the box office at the venues to get front row tickets 😂
Queueing outside the box office is definitely fairer🤣 my first ever TT gig was in 1993 and we were 4th row from the front because my aunty queued to get them for us 🤣

I saw them as a five at Wembley Arena when they did the beatles medley, we were at the side about half way and it was amazing

Jason was always my favourite ❤

I think rob and Jason’s were sound bites I think they were lifted from the 2005 documentary just before they reformed. Not finished watching yet but there is a lot of new (old) footage that was really interesting. For me especially I was gobsmacked when I saw Robbie get out of a car in some old footage at Stockport station presumably to get the train back to Stoke I am from Stockport and was in the train station all the time I must of missed him by days/minutes! Had a massive crush on him too back then.

I also didn’t realise all the stuff with Gary and the pressure he was under to deliver the music. That was a lot for someone so young.
And because of that I completely get the jealousy

I wish there had been more about their time as a 3. I know it’s been less dramatic but it totally missed how they felt about the III tour without Jason, for example. And they said themselves, being a 3 has been their longest formation out of all eras. So to just go from end of Progress to 2024 this life tour felt a bit jarring for me. We could have easily had four episodes, I’m sure.

But otherwise I loved there was so much unseen footage.
Couldn’t agree more! The end felt rushed and, as much as there has been very little drama since they became a three, it seems a lost opportunity to gloss over it.

Envious of your Circus experience! I had a good seat but your views would have been far better!
I think you’re right about the stadiums and B stage for this tour. Gutted!!
I got some amazing photos of the boys. I must get the DVD out again, I’ve not watched it for ages!

Gary sang it far better in my opinion.

No disrespect to Mark, I adored him back in the day.
Gary has the most flawless voice. Mark’s was pretty weak in the early days but he improved massively. People say he has a terrible voice but I won’t stand for it 😂 Hold On is an incredible vocal.

A few people at Coventry were complaining that their restricted view seats were actually behind the sound booth and it meant that they couldn't see stage b or the runway at all and so missed half the show. I'm the same, I complained to ticketmaster that these were more than just restricted but they were no view. They referred me to the venue and they've said essentially you got what you paid for. It's disgusting to miss half a show at £70+ per seat.
Not TT's fault but these venues are too greedy

Now I feel old, I was 34 in 2009 :ROFLMAO: but I was going through a ‘can’t be bothered with gigs‘ phase, plus I was ill with gallstones that year so could barely leave the house half the time. Happily my midlife crisis came at 40 and propelled me to start going to gigs as if I were a teenager again, so I’ve been making up for lost time since then!
and now my friend is like My mum bought me 2 tickets for my birthday want to come so i'm going again ;D

I heard Jason was in property lettings for a time before the reunion. I always really fancied him , remember seeing him and Howard on Hitman & Her back in the day. Howard is also gorgeous, i met him before the reunion when he was djing and was drop dead gorgeous and just lovely.

Probably the tweakments helped too! He looks so much younger now
There has definitely been some form of pre-tour preparation of the face!

Back in the day I bought tickets to see them. They look as if they will just kind of shuffle around in this tour. I bought for this tour because they have Olly as a guest.
I’m not sure I agree with this. All recent tours have been amazing. Obviously they’re getting older, but they still give their all in every single show. I hope you have a great time!

I’m going on Sunday too.. the previous stadium shows I’ve been to were pretty standard - you queue for hours and you get a good spot. You come along later and you get what you’re given. I’ve never experienced pushing and shoving but maybe I’ve just been lucky. I would love to be at the front but I just don’t think my bladder and back can take the hours of queuing anymore 😂
Thank god that's not just me. My bladder and back cannot withstand hours, yet for some stupid reason I bought pitch tickets! Might have to buy some tena and hope for the best 🤣🤣 My sharpened elbows from the 90s roadshow days are out to waste now 🤣

Did anyone get tour tickets? I got Nottingham :m:mEven though I live practically next to Middlesbrough but because we used to live in Notts we're using it as an excuse to have a nostalgia weekend away (basically, visit our old local pub that was amazing 🙄) 🤣🤣

Haven't seen them since the Progress tour and taking my almost 14 year old to her 1st gig so very excited!!
See you in Notts :D I'm so excited they are in my hometown, i've been every tour since the reunion plus 4 of Gary's tours.
The stage setup surprised me for City ground as its usually on the short end at stadiums this is on long.
I got tickets in the stand opposite wanted VIP but those with me it was to much

I'm still mad at Howard but couldnt miss it in my own city

Finished it today. Wow I loved it all learning about them. I think the whole Robbie Gary thing was mostly because of that nigel guy they had who was only interested in Gary he caused all the mess between them well that's what I thought anyway. It's weird they didn't talk about shame. I can't wait to see them in June especially Mark
Nigel Martin Smith is a proper nasty one.

They’ve mentioned the songwriting on a few documentaries/interviews.
In the old days Gary wrote and took majority of song writing credits with the odd one here and there to the other members, which disappointed the band and put extreme pressure on Gary.
When they reformed they now write all new material as a group and all 3 of them are named as equal contributors to the song writing.
Anyone remember Robbie's song Clap Your Hands? I think it might have been the B-side to the Pray single?

It was a live rap thing that he did on tour, with Howard(?) beatboxing in the background.

It was around the time he was wearing those fake dummies on long black cords around his neck (so of course I had one.)

The lyrics I remember are "... and it's funny, all the girls wanna suck my dummy!" 🤣
