What a nob, I’ve really gone off him over the years. He’s got some very strange views.

He was always weird. Someone put the old Everything Changes and Take That And Party VHS tapes up a few years ago on YT and even back in the day, it was all word salad and him trying to look smarter than he was when it was his parts.

Agree there is something very sinister about him. Somethings will come out about him when he passes. He has been very quick to sue rob each time he spoke out against him so god knows what he’s hiding. Or maybe he just sued because he was jealous and nasty and hated how successful rob became without him.

I haven't bothered this time around, a friend from work said I could go with her but the prices were ridiculous. For front A&B to be about £145 (including fees) is crazy - so instead of spending it on a ticket, I've got return flights to Spain for £50 and treating myself to a little half term R&R by myself! I do understand what you mean but I guess if it’s what he believes in he can post what he likes. Not saying I agree with it. Saying that, I’m going to see them in a few weeks and I’m going for the entertainment and nothing more, just to have a night out really.
Just to add, I like them for what they do and nothing more. No feathers ruffled here!

If he believes in it fair enough. But I would have thought his management would tell him to post this kind of thing on a ‘personal’ page as opposed to his ‘work’ page.

you don’t see mark or Gary posting political posts or conspiracy theories, or anything really which could divide opinion or rock the boat. all they seem to post is ‘work’ related posts or ‘family’ type posts which in their job/role is a very sensible approach.

I just can’t bring myself to go to one of their gigs anymore. Unfortunately watching Howard prance around on stage and lap up the adoration from fans makes me feel a bit queasy.
For him to think that all of these people knowingly came to see him even though he’s clearly homophobic, gullible and uneducated enough to not think him liking tweets or reposting stuff/conspiracy theories etc won’t harm the TT brand (or his image) shows he really thinks he is something/untouchable.

He is smug and so completely far removed from his roots it is beyond words. I can’t go and scream/dance around/sing along and just ignore the fact that I despise everything I have learned about him. Such a shame as I’ve been to every previous concert but they’ve lost their sparkle now for me.

I agree with the above poster too. Mark needs to do more solo gigs as he is fantastic and id definitely go to his solo gig

Yes it was, he apparently took him away from his Birthday party. Sick stuff and goes some way into seeing why Kav was so messed up. NMS lost interest in him when he signed Adam Rickett- another one who I wonder if something happened to.

My late younger sister used to love Gaz before his "glow up". At the age of nine, she I formed me that she loved him because he had a "kind face".

Reviews seem to be all really positive. Delighted for them. I saw their last tour in Cork and it wasn't great but the last Circus tour was incredible. Not expecting this to be as good as back then of course but really looking forward to it. I miss Jason

I went last night to Coventry and it was amazing.
I'm sure I'm being stupid but how did TT get on the b stage for the first time? Did they come up through the stage or were they dressed up and walked through with the rest of the clowns and then got changed?

yes there is quite a few fan videos on Instagram where you can just about make them out. If you look on Gary’s instagram stories it shows them backstage and they have the blue cloud trousers on getting ready to walk up with the other clowns and dancers.
they are surrounded by balloons & wearing masks so it’s quite difficult to distinguish them! Once they are at the balloon they take off the cloud/blue outfits (presume the outfits are discarded into the balloon basket)
They then appear in there black outfits as all the balloons lift as if by magic x

Saw them lastnight in Dublin for the last show of the tour. It was spectacular! What a night. Just brilliant!!

So, I have a lot of history with take that and the last tour was the first one I’d ever missed since ‘92. I am confused by this announcement. They said last night on the one show they’d always wanted to do it again, does anyone know if they’ve ever said that in public. It’s being heavily advertised which they don’t really need. I don’t know, it just feels a bit of an odd decisions. I mean, I thought the circus was the best they ever did and in my opinion it was downhill from there

Gary did mention it on an Instagram post in 2019 when he was posting about different tours.

I think they are taking a bit of a risk. I would say the 2009 tour and era was when they were at the height of their fame. And Jason is missing this time. I feel for those of us that experienced it back then, it could just never feel the same? I really thought they may have done a reimagined circus tour so it respected the 2009 tour but still felt fresh and more fitting with TT3. Because it will be impossible to recreate the feeling the 2009 tour gave. But I think this is also why they are going full whack with the promo. They really have a lot of tickets to sell compared to recent arena tours.

That said I am still really excited and will get tickets, and just enjoy it for what it is and be grateful they are still giving us tours.

The Circus 2.0 looks 99% likely only question is will it be 3, 4 or 5?

I liked The Circus but can't we have 50+ men singing Take That and Party (the whole album) instead.
Back when TT were fun and didn't take themselves so seriously.

£25 a program this time though it does have 64pages it says. Thats the only merch I buy though( & badges) I thought £20 last tour was high enough

I've been collecting TT old single vinyls for a little while and have spent a fortune on eBay tonight ordering a few more from the wishlist - my dream vinyl is the Everything Changes picture vinyl album but I couldn't find it!!! I may have even bought a VIP bag from the tour . Someone needs to cancel all my cards

My first love of TT was Robbie. He was beautiful back then (Could It Be Magic). Looked vaguely like a chimp, but beautiful regardless.

Then he said something daft in an interview, so I gave up on him and went for Mark instead. As you do when you're 14. Didn't care that he was short, he was incredibly cute.

Years later Mark turned out to be a serial shagger. Silly boy.

As for Howard... my favourite song of theirs
is Never Forget, with his lead vocal It should have been their swansong in my opinion, not that boring cover of How Deep Is Your Love.

Meanwhile, Jason remains beautiful.
