Yeah I went off him a bit during Covid when he was posting a lot of anti vax stuff. Fair enough he's allowed his opinion but it made me see him in a different light and it does affect the Take That brand. I've been following him again recently because of the tour and he doesn't seem too bad at the moment!

I went off Gary a bit during his solo stint as the music was crap and he seemed a bit full of himself, but again, he seems to have toned it down since they got back together.

I went last night to Coventry and it was amazing.
I'm sure I'm being stupid but how did TT get on the b stage for the first time? Did they come up through the stage or were they dressed up and walked through with the rest of the clowns and then got changed?

I can't see Howard without thinking of David Walliams and Matt in Rock Profile. "Anyone for nibbles?!" Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link to the video. I'll try but apologies if I'm breaking the rules!

Even now when me or the husband see Frazzles in the supermarket we always do it in the David Walliams Howard voice 🤣🤣🤣

Loved Four Minute Warning by Mark, proper good song. Wasn't a fan of Gary's solo stuff when they split though, was a Robbie girl!

I think I've only been on the pitch once at a TT gig and that was the Progress tour. I have never seen so many people absolutely off their faces, throwing up, spilling bottles of wine etc. So many of them not even looking at the stage too! Totally spoilt it for me and I don't like stadium gigs for that reason. I always go for seated and in stadiums that feels a little bit too far away to feel included in the atmosphere.

Having said that, I've also noticed that a huge number of people with seated tickets never stand up, especially the higher up the seats go. I was back row a couple of times and no one stood up except for a couple of songs near the end! I try to sit down but just want to dance and it feels awkward seat dancing! I get some people can't stand for physical/medical reasons but it can't be the case for everyone.
I’ve seen girls crouching down to have a piss before now on pitch standing!
It wasn’t too bad where we were last night, just one woman complaining about people standing up and dancing (you’re at a gig love, what do you expect people to do 🤦🏻‍♀️) and there were a couple of girls in front of us vaping.

I'm going tonight 🕺🏻 hopefully the weather clears up! 🥲

My mums in her 60s and it will be her first evey concert and shes a little nervous, so I hope it isn't ruined for her by loads of wasted women acting like dicks.
You will have the best time despite everything! I want to go back!

This post has reminded me of the Mark Owen album with Four Minute Warning on, i bought that at uni and would listen to it loads. Pretty good album actually, very indie sounding. I need to go on Spotify now.
I love the song four minute warning!

Olly Murs isn’t usually for me but he was actually really good, really enjoyed it. And obviously Take That were brilliant as always. Excellent show ♥ The only negative I have to say were the amount of women who were so leathered they started to ruin the show for everyone else. Shouting, falling about, pushing in and generally being a nuisance. Also had someone vomiting all over the floor and we had to avoid standing in it the whole night!
Always happens at TT, I had a weird woman accuse me of kicking her seat. I was amused as i've little legs So I had to stretch them to kick it as I gave it a try after she left haha
Great Night though love them & so chuffed they did Notts

I got Nottingham too, got the Bridgford stand. Was the most stressful 30 minutes of my life!! Wasn’t even bothered where the seats were by the time I got through 😂 thought I didn’t stand a chance as the time was creeping by so was just happy to get some.
I'm Brian Clough stand but I think because of where the stage is all the seats looked good

This may ruffle a few feathers but…anyone else sick of Howard peddling his conspiracy theories continually?

I wish he would educate himself on many topics and stop posting conspiracy theories. It’s not doing the band any favours, especially in the middle of their tour. In all honesty I’ve lost so much respect for Take that over the last few years due to not only comments from Howard, but also feel Gary has started to seem a little arrogant and full of himself again. It’s like the 90’s Gary is back again. Also his second biography showed a complete different side to him.
for me it was the combination of the conspiracy theories and the shocking spelling and grammar, made him seem thick as mince

The seating plan I saw didn’t show a B stage, but I’m really hoping there is one!!

You made me doubt myself so I checked 😂 defo showing a B stage at Sheffield 🤷🏻‍♀️ We are in 102 so should still have a good view.

Olly’s great live so I’m looking forward to seeing him again. I hope it’s a big lavish show too. I’ll be honest, I was a bit disappointed with the last tour.
Yeah I was a bit disappointed too. I'd really hyped up how good their tours were and my mum finally decided to come to their last one. It was the least extravagant I've seen them do. So hoping it's better this time for her 🙂

Oh them videos were my fave gift every Christmas/Birthday they need to bring them out on dvd/blu ray
I've still got all mine on vhs. Got a huge box of all my memorabilia up in the loft. Remember going to our local market one day and getting a pair of knickers with Marks face all over them. I was obsessed

I am braving standing with my 14yr old, but dread the whole needing a wee and losing a good position scenario. My pelvic and back regions are not very reliable after a traumatic birth and too many years working in Early Years.

Questioning whether just to keep a shit load o Lucozade tablets with me and some Tena lady!!!

Finished it today. Wow I loved it all learning about them. I think the whole Robbie Gary thing was mostly because of that nigel guy they had who was only interested in Gary he caused all the mess between them well that's what I thought anyway. It's weird they didn't talk about shame. I can't wait to see them in June especially Mark

Agree, something didn’t sit right watching the documentary, Nigel was very controlling with all of them, manipulating them individually, it was uncomfortable viewing in parts especially knowing what had happened with Kavana.
I definitely think there is more to the Nigel story.

I thought the documentary was good, but it only briefly mentioned some of the bad times, there was a lot more that went on with mental health, breakdowns, addictions & rehab, especially in Marks case which wasn’t even mentioned.
I didn’t know that about kavana
There is definitely a lot more to the Nigel story. Gary or whoever it was said about Jason wanting to see Nigel in his own when they reformed as he had unfinished business. I’m not sure if anything untoward happened between them though as it didn’t sound like they ever got on that well.

I'd love to see them but haven't been lucky with any of their other tours.
Also missed out on Oasis and Coldplay (depite doing the whole sign up thing), so any tips on how to actually get to go to a big concert would be great!!
