I so agree with you. There are several significant things that her son could have shared with her (aside from the obvious that has been mentioned here)…but nobody here is speculating further out of respect for him and his privacy. Young adulthood is hard enough, without your own mother trying to milk the relationship and confidences shared for likes on Instagram.

Remember that time she shared where one of her followers actually typed something horrible about him, but actually sent the comment to Sabby instead of her friend. Sabby then shared the horrible comment with everyone. You’d have to wonder about her IQ sometimes.

Her “every pregnant woman is carrying a tax payer” argument really doesn’t stand up. The child might not pay a cent tax their whole life. And if a woman is carrying a baby with a life limiting condition who will be very unlikely to pay tax, should she not be entitled to cariban?

And the post 12 week consultant is nonsense too, you will be referred to a consultant as soon as you need it. If you're so ill you're going to GP or A&E you will be seen. If like Sabby you have normal pregnancy nausea and sickness you won't.
