From what I remember about their previous shows they don’t do any songs past 2005 (excluding Flatline). I’ve always preferred AJH over MKS but they were all great. Would love if they all did one big reunion but the chances of that happening are very low.
Every version did bangers. The record company could have kept them going forever in the style of a franchise and just replacing people as the years pass like a Football team :D Overload, Hole In The Head, Red Dress, Push The Button, About You Now etc the back catalogue is great.

I do think Heidi played a really key role in the band but does anyone remember their Glastonbury performance of Stronger where she was making a horrific noise like an air raid siren but thought she was serving vocals? Iconic.

That's my favourite by them too. Written by Kathy Dennis, who those past a certain age will recall as a pop star in her own right.
I love her songs now I’m older! call me cynical but I swear I hear her voice on the songs she wrote like Toxic and Sweet Dreams my LAX giving Britney and Rachel a helping hand :)

i enjoyed sugababes till mutya left. keisha to me had the most ANNOYING singing voice, was like nails on a board, so when mutya left the music did nothing for me.

I loved siobhan and mutta’s solo stuff.

Out of curiosity, what is everyone’s favourite Sugababes song/songs? All Line-ups count.

mine would have to be:

Red Dress
Round Round
Denial
Hole In The Head
Freak Like Me
In The Middle

They did!
Hasnt Sugababes had a version 1, 2, 3, 4 and then a restart? Apart from Destiny’s Child I can’t remember so many changes!

I was a teenager when Freak Like Me came out and loved the video, loved the original version too by Asian, but also loved Sugababes before their version was released especially Run for Cover and Overload but that new video drop when Heidi was introduced was stellar. I used to dance to to the video to Mutya’s part and pretend her part was mine. I’m a guy 😂
I loooved the Adina Howard version!
And yes, when the video dropped it was such a moment! 70% of the video was introducing Heidi in such a bitchy way! I was a teen then too 😭

I don’t think people know what a big deal it was, the Sugabababes were pretty much written off at that point, and then they just brought out this song that made everyone (even people who don’t like pop music) go 👀

Run For Cover though, the “makes me want to scream“ part 💯

Loved Sugababes versions 1 and 2. Run for Cover was a belter. In fact, they had a serious run of releasing really good singles from their albums. They’re number 2 in the list of girlbands with the most UK number one hits, only behind the Spice Girls.
