I really don't like his interview style, something about him I dislike. They're in different leagues but him and James English really bother me how they interview their guests. I'm not sure if it's just women when they come across off or I'm just imagining it. It was sad learning about Masie Williams in his latest podcast, but again didn't like some of the things/questions he said to her.

I don't watch on YouTube, just listen to the podcasts but yeah I get that impression. Someone already mentioned it but he just waits until he can talk about himself. Or until he can name drop somebody, if you have someone on your podcast respect that person and the audience wanting to learn about that person's story. There's no need to name drop others with no relevance to the person they are interviewing. I find it kinda disrespectful.

The guests faces make me laugh when he starts talking about himself, you can tell they're thinking 'what the hell has that got to do with the conversation?'
His interview style is literally like when a friend tells you something they’re going through and your knee jerk reaction is to go “oh I know how you feel because of this thing I went through…” like, you don’t do it - give the person room to talk about their stuff and don’t steer the conversation back to you. Demands coming on a Saturday in a social media agency are from people who can’t manage their diary during the week so why should other people be dragged into their own time management issues.
I homestly don’t understand this working 24/7 culture. I have never stayed late in the office - I just use my time proficiently during the day and ensure everything is prioritised how it should be. It takes 2 mins to respond to any email giving them an eta as to when you’ll have an answer/ piece of work for them. These SB wannabes are martyrs.

My sister was the girl who was paired with him in the secret teacher. What I can say was her bits weren’t staged. She got on incredibly well with him and was a bit gob smacked when she found out “cliff” was a lie. He told her to keep in touch let him know how she’s getting on.
