She seems to be keeping her dignity and staying quiet about it. I’m sure she will be advised by her legal people to stay quiet. As would Bear I’d expect but he either 1. Has a tit lawyer. 2. Is ignoring his lawyers advice or 3. Doesn’t have a lawyer and has decided to represent himself which wouldn’t surprise me with his ego!

Yep normally when there’s a court case coming up that you’re involved in, your legal representation will advise that you don’t comment publicly in case it’s used against you by the defence/prosecution, as even the smallest thing could be used to help build the case against you.

no I don’t think so! Legal stuff is confusing, especially social media in the context of trials as it’s still so new and complex. Just fingers crossed all the bad tit Bear has done ends up helping her case

Like you’ve all said, his legal team would advise him to stay on the down low, I’m wondering if the evidence against him is so bad that he knows he’s gonna be getting charged and that’s why he’s not caring and living his “best life” now cos he knows he’s not gonna be able to soon???

Tbh, people probably don't want to publicly admit they know him or knew him. Dont want their name associated with him and I don't blame them. I feel sorry for Charlotte, every article has to mention her name and there's just no need for it
