If Max doesn’t see Petr for weeks on end, the fact he is excited to see him and thrives under his care means he has an excellent attachment bond with his Dad. He will feel much more secure and safe with his Dad than big Beefy and all her boyfriends. Constantly either shouting in his face or ignoring him. Allowed to sleep in her bed when Rylan isn’t there but as soon as he is back, poor Max is punted back to his own bed. Must be so confusing.
