I believe the comment was about paced feeding. A breastfed baby leads the feeding - they are the ones making the milk enter their bodies. When then given a bottle they need to be held in a more upright position - similar to being breastfed - so that they can mimic the control they would have had breastfeeding. I’m no expert on the topic though. And i would imagine paced feeding is recommended for all babies, bottle or not.
