There doesn't have to be some sort of radicalisation. It could just be one mentally ill individual. People do all sorts of heinous crimes everyday. Just because he is black it doesn't mean he has to have been radicalised. If it was a white boy who had done it we wouldn't have all these think pieces.

psychopaths, paranoid schizophrenics, those with bipolar who haven’t slept due to mania and go through psychotic episodes etc… might be on the increase but they are mostly unmedicated or unsupervised/unmanaged because a) you can’t get a drs appointment b) you can’t get seen by mental health professionals c) when you are seen by MH professionals you get fobbed off and d) even police won’t attend a possibly dangerous person now because it is a medical problem… and even the ambulance service won’t come out if they are banned from called the ambulance service for calling for help too many times.

Im mixed. And not British, my husband is white but also not British. We had an “EDL” march in our town today, and stayed home as we were worried about what would happen if we went outside.
On the outside, before we opened our mouths we’d probably “pass” and were still worried - so I can’t imagine how the south Asians and black people in the town felt.
