Interesting. I do think it would make sense to allow the court discretion to impose a whole life order on a younger person if the circumstances are exceptional (as I believe they are here). You might only get one or two cases in a lifetime like this, but still.
So he's been brought back to the dock and now taken out again as he's shouting again. What an absolute POS he is. Surely he must be in contempt of court soon. Anyone know?

Judges need to be able to use more discretion when the crime is this heinous and the murderer is this close to 18 at time of incident, lacking remorse, loving what he’s done and not entering a psych evaluation. Of course he will likely never get out anyway but that WLO would mean families never had to consider his fate in their journey to some semblance of a life.

Oh sorry I completely read that wrong, I just read the article. I really hope when he gets locked up another prisoner attacks him brutally, not bad enough he dies as he deserves to suffer for his actions
Asking for support from the judge whilst he revels in the fact a 6 year old was murdered by him. The bleeping audacity. Those poor paramedics having to check him over as well, I’d end up knocking him out
