I know this as I had a Sport 8 years ago. So I'm assuming she drives the Range as a second car as a named driver.

Local yes, but they have separate Dads. One doesn’t have anything to do with one of the girls, but the others Dad does see her. I can’t remember which Dad has an input but one definitely does, and the other one doesn’t at all
