Quick guys. There are only 124 left.Whatever they’re made off, doesn’t look like anyone’s buying themstill available now and something like that would usually be sold out within an hour of launch.
Definitely not into a weird little white knit bolero to pop on over my gym wear? ..........but if it wasn't for our old slapper Sloafie I would have definitely purchased from them.Quick guys. There are only 124 left.
I saw quite a few people querying this so thought I’d put in my 2 centsSo she’s finally done a “day on a plate” for everyone. But it’s not her day on a plate, it’s one of her clients. And she had a goal to lose body fat but is on nearly 2400 calories a day. I know the old 1200 calorie diets are long gone but that seems excessive?
Well the client supposedly only weighed 54kg and now weighs 50kg at 170cm.I saw quite a few people querying this so thought I’d put in my 2 cents
For reference I’m 164cm, 60kgs and my maintenance calories are around 2400
I am a PT and live a fairly active lifestyle but I wouldn’t say that 2400 calories is HUGE for a female
Again we don’t know anything about the client but potentially assuming she is a taller than me and weighs more, 2400 could be realistic for a deficit
Anyone got a link to report non disclosed paid ads?Should she not say #gifted or #sponsored for the haul? I mean she didn’t pay for it right? Can’t you get into trouble for that these days?
How does one get to the point they can consume 2400 calories on maintenance? I am 163cm, put on weight very easily, 85 kilos and can not lose weight unless I eat under 1200 calories - which makes working out at the gym hard as I am so exhausted. I worked with a trainer at my crossfit gym who basically told me I was lying about my intake and I have also done Renaissance Periodization.I saw quite a few people querying this so thought I’d put in my 2 cents

I’m not an expert but I’m assuming you’d have to reverse diet to build your calories back up slowly to avoid weight gain. How does one get to the point they can consume 2400 calories on maintenance? Thank you, I'll take a look.I’m not an expert but I’m assuming you’d have to reverse diet to build your calories back up slowly to avoid weight gain.
There’s a great trainer on Instagram who specialises in this. Alice Round
I love just how much she’s been wearing this little number! There seems to be whole mess of photoshop going on with these legs.
The skirting boarding in the background also looks different height or size or something
Lots of factors go into this and is highly individual depending on age, activity level, history of dieting, stress & sleep etcHow does one get to the point they can consume 2400 calories on maintenance? I see, I haven’t been watching her stories I’ve just been catching up hereWell the client supposedly only weighed 54kg and now weighs 50kg at 170cm.
So 2400 cals is actually far too little for maintenance in this case if they’ve lost weight and now are extremely underweight.
She’s such an idiot and beyond problematic. If they are the client’s true measurements she should’ve been helping them gain muscle mass and weight. But no, she’d happily support someone becoming even more underweight
The clothing fast fashion manufacturer with zero child labour laws probs.I wonder who did it first?

I'm not even being nasty here but she honestly looks like a junkie with all the movements and facial expressionsHow uninterested does she look in having to sit and LISTEN to her daughter prepare a speech. Poor loaf. Nobody told her motherhood would be this hard
