One reason she may not be talking about it on Insta could be because she has kept Andrew in the dark about exactly what happened and she wants to continue to do that. If she shares information online, it gives Andrew some insight into what went on. If she says nothing, he knows nothing. Which seems to be her cruel way to further punish him. Also, she’s not going to admit she aborted her healthy baby to spite her husband.
I don't think there is much Nathan can do here. If he tried to take those girls away knowing how she is a narcissistic snake I think he would struggle. She presents very well imagine if it went to court or mediation. So hard to prove what she's capable of. She comes across kind, well spoken, nicely dress. She has money, is not abusing drugs or alcohol and doesn't physically abuse and neglect the kids. It would be so easy for her to gaslight him that she is a good mother. That damage she does is much more subtle and only from us watching and studying her can we see the Web of lies and narc behaviour patterns.

She would certainly be able to gaslight a judge if they came to mediation or family court. That is one thing narcissists are very good at.
I'm sure Nathan sees her for what she is, at least to a degree. But he hopefully recognises that it's easier to keep the peace because this current version of her that is imposing in their life, won't be around for long.

this just makes me so sad for the Dr. Absolutely not victim blaming but I find it incredibly hard to believe that there was any DV. Like we’ve said, she’s just stomped her feet like the spoiled cat narc that she is because she didn’t get her way. She makes me sick.
edit: I’m certain this has gone Legal because loaf struggles to keep her mouth shut as much as her legs. The last time she was this quiet on such a big matter was when she was knee deep in a legal battle and couldn’t speak on it.
I think that's the most likely answer. While they were there they were supporting her 100% and now they have realised. It's very obvious when Triniti has not mentioned it again, not mentioned Sophie and not liked a single post . I initially guessed her staying silent might have been Andrew having some sort of injunction against her but it could also as easily be upon legal advice from her own attorney’s telling her to STFU and not give him any ammunition in the divorce proceedings.
