Was there a prenup or anything? I’m going to guess that something like an MT without his knowledge (although of course it is her body and ultimately her choice) might be a special circumstance that could affect their divorce and lead to her getting less or nothing. Which could be why he is trying to prove it.
It’s so telling that trinity hasn’t liked a single one of Sophie’s posts since she got back from being up there with loaf, that’s not normal if your friend had a stillborn, especially when she normally likes most of Sophie’s posts!
@usemycode i bet papi and his sisters have used your timeline and everyone’s screen shots to help build his case! Considering loaf loves to delete everything as soon as she posts but us tattlers are quick!

I think the argument is that she got pregnant on purpose, that it was her choice and that because he chose not to fall for her manipulations and went away to Europe with his adult daughters and didn't bow to her, she spitefully terminated that pregnancy.
Women should always have a choice, but in this case they were a married couple, there was no suggestion at all of any violence or anything other than happy happy wedded bliss and then the HG started, HG doesn't just suddenly happen mid pg. Like everyone else has said who has suffered from severe HG no woman would go on a boat, most can hardly function let alone do all the stuff that she was doing.
To MT a perfectly healthy baby because *stomp* *stomp* you can't get your own way is disgusting. So I can see why the previous poster said they hope he takes her to court. For mental anguish perhaps

I definitely agree that no one is rallying around her because they know this wasn't a tragic miscarriage/stillbirth.
And you know what else is happening? the hole she has dug is getting bigger and bigger... the more lies you tell, the more you have to tell to cover up the previous ones.

As a parent of neurodiverse kids it makes me rage when people claim that diet can treat or cure autism, adhd, or mental illness.
Sophie isn’t the next Belle Gibson but she’s giving off Jessica Ainscough vibes who was not only responsible for her own death but also partly her mother’s via their refusal to use conventional medical treatment and instead opt to follow “alternative” methods like coffee enemas and extreme diet plans.
As I said in a previous post these influenzers are dangerous and need to be held accountable for their bull.

Yup that’s what I was told. It’s how she made sure he wouldn’t know the truth and wouldn’t be able to see her or pixie. She thought people would believe her but they’re seeing through it
