As someone who works in plastic surgery I really don’t understand why the bbl exists it’s the most unnatural unflattering procedure on any woman of any body type period. If you don’t have the size naturally it will never fit your body unlike breast augmentations which sometimes people can get away with. A bbl will always stick out like a sore thumb idk how men brainwashed women at some point into thinking this is desirable.
