How did you manage to catch those vibes from him? Because I don't think I've seen enough of him on Sofie's channel/SM to get a feel for what he's like or what their relationship is like! Just that he seems a bit pretentious about food and drink from being a somm.

Something’s been going on between her and people at her job the past five months and I’m really curious to know what. Maybe that’s what she means by how she’ll “tell us eventually.”

I'm so tired of the pregnancy posts. Must be nice being able to laze around the house for a week, just because. You're not the first or last, Sofie. And there's a reason people in other countries have learnt not to assume a woman is pregnant. It's rude. Her snarky attitude about it comes from her stick figure privilege. What would her friend Danae say? 🫢

I've gone from liking her overall and now I can't stand her lol.

And of course she has been gifted pregnancy clothes after her asking for recommendations

It seems like Sofie’s been able to do a lot this pregnancy, even if she says that she’s home 90% of the time. I don’t get why she wasn't able to do a lot of her job online and had to stop very early in pregnancy.

I've been irrationally angry about this lol. I get she had a scare early on, but her job is predominantly work from home anyway. Afterwards it was clear she was doing well enough for pilates, girlie lunches and brunches, etc.

I guess it doesn't matter now since she's shilling for Vogue. Rising the Influencer ladder one freebie at a time.

Aha! I figured she must have since new comments keep coming on their IG and her her InstaStories expired a bit ago. She should be careful since defamation laws in Italy are really tight compared to the US. Restaurants report negative reviews a lot and with her continuing like this, with all the crazy fans pounding them, she might want to think twice.

I hope she ends up blacklisted from any PR events tbh, I wouldn't want to risk her (and her rabid fans) damaging my business by inviting someone like her. When I'm free this weekend I'll finally make kacie a thread (unless someone else wants to/can)

Inwonder how many of her fans (most of whom seem never to have left the us) were planning on visiting that place Kacie and her constant "in every Michelin star restaurant I've been to.." yet she didn't know what miso was? As far as I was aware most Mixhelin star restaurants actually run on much lower profit margins than other places so I'm not surprised they offer other paid services. Also comparing a fancy restaurant not putting a candle in your dessert when a tgi in the us where staff are dependant on tips so will literally do anything to get them is hardly the same is it? I'm not even half way through this explanation and I'm already embarrassed. I wonder how her partner feels about it all (her bitching not the "incident " itself. And the double checking about allergies is pretty common, if you submit a form a month ago you could have developed one in the mean time, restaurants are usually so careful about this now

Sorry for the rant, I'd be annoyed with my partner for not intervening if a waiter was shouting st me? Especially as he works in hospitality so knows how to manage such situations, not to mention is a native speaker. I wonder if she was speaking in English or Italian? To me either way her comments sounded veryyy passive aggressive and would have made me angry

I’ve been wondering that about Dario for awhile. He doesn’t seem very willing to help her or stand up for her in his native country where she’s obviously not going to know how to navigate certain situations.

There’s no way she doesn’t know what Candace is about either.
There was a video that went viral recently where she and some other women talk about how social media impacts young girls and how they think that some of them are dressing inappropriately for their age, I think that might be why she started following her. Which is funny to me because one of her nieces is only 12-13 and dresses like an adult in revealing clothing.

Oh, she put a tiny "supplied by" on the top right of one slide. That doesn't cut it. This seems like the longest pregnancy lol.

Why are so many influencers embarrassed at being supplied/gifted something or putting #ad? It’s the complete opposite of genuine.

Same! I actually really liked her a while back. She wasn't the giggly silly expat stereotype posing dumb questions or acting dumb. She's been rubbing me the wrong way for a while now and it's evident she's even more privileged than I thought. @emm bringing up her manifesting got me thinking how I really think she doesn't like poor people. That is, it seems she is one of those "If only you worked (as) hard (as me)..." types. Similar to the "If only you comply" with police.

And Dario accepted the cantina tour and left her waiting outside evidently. I'm convinced she didn't write anything about a birthday bc again, the form was presented and at first she said she told the waiters during the meal.

Anyway, I'm sure Dario likes being treated to the Michelin starred restaurants and her hotel stays for "trip research."

Omg Kacie and her not wanting to leave the US. She hasn't even tried assimilating. Yeah it can be hard, but it's like she lives her US life there as opposed to Sofie who at least has integrated.

That said, I agree people in her comments were annoyingly wild about her maybe getting engaged. Hundreds of "get your nails done!" "Oh, no ring??" Ridiculous

She’s clearly able to do influencer work. The situation is weird. I completely understand being on bed rest during later pregnancy, and sometimes earlier pregnancy, where you’re not able to do your job, or if there are major health problems where you can’t do your job during pregnancy. But that doesn’t seem to be what’s going on with her.

She took everything about her job out of her bio too. I wonder if after she gives birth she’s going to try and go full-time influencer.

100% she will, a mummy influencer posting as if she is the oracle of knowledge with her first child, making her own baby food, perfect "natural" birth etc etc
