I’ve been sitting on this for a while. Assuming Sofie ever finds this thread and looks through her old messages to find mine and figures out who I am (even though I blocked her), I don’t care if she does.
I don't really understand what she went on about lol. She didn't really answer apart from saying she was vaxed (which she vlogged about). How wishy washy. I mean I don't expect her to bash Zoey to a stranger in a DM, but her response was weird.

Right? I never understood what she meant by “I have my own thoughts about the virus” - what does that mean? She had already got COVID at this point and was vaccinated, I hoped that didn’t mean she thought COVID wasn’t as serious/deadly as the media made it out to be (not necessarily COVID denier but downplayer).
Yeah, exactly. And I laughed at her saying people were on her about going out all the time. She was! I know she lived in TX , but still lol. I actually DMd her once bc she put up some skewed news in her stories about restaurant owners here in Italy protesting and vandalizing bc they wanted to reopen. She was obviously on their side (I forget how she presented it to make that apparent), so I had to link her to articles stating those types of events were organized by Casa Pound and other far right groups(idiots), like Fratelli d'Italia. They weren't full of everyday business owners.

" my own personal thoughts" is very much what the conspiracy theorists say. It is a virus, a scientific issue, which doesn't exactly imply something you have "personal thoughts" on. I assume she had the vaccine as Italy made it difficult if you didn't, especially if she wanted to travel abroad but wouldn't have really wanted to

Omg, that sign was everything not actually funny. Interesting Sofie is so precious about her mental health but they'd probably just tell her to get laid to forget her problems. She's so contradictory. Da Tito has zillions of reviews, it's not hidden or a secret like Zoey thinks. But because it's outside the extreme center she must think she's in the know.
ETA: Trattoria Da Tito not to be confused with super anti-vax , "Io Apro" pizzeria da "Tito" in the Novoli area. Though by the stupid sign I imagine they are anti-vaxxers just the same lol.

So funny you say that. I've always got that vibe from his sister, Sofie's "manager", Tiziana. I feel like they're right wingers in Rome (Emilio outside now, obvs).
How did you manage to catch those vibes from him? Because I don't think I've seen enough of him on Sofie's channel/SM to get a feel for what he's like or what their relationship is like! Just that he seems a bit pretentious about food and drink from being a somm.

Sofie is going on vacation again? Isn't she always somewhere? And lately "work" is reviewing some spa or similar. I saw in a comment somewhere her mother is arriving, so I imagine it's connected to that. Then I'm sure she'll be in Calabria or somewhere south all of August. These are times I really am envious lol.
