Inwonder how many of her fans (most of whom seem never to have left the us) were planning on visiting that place Kacie and her constant "in every Michelin star restaurant I've been to.." yet she didn't know what miso was? As far as I was aware most Mixhelin star restaurants actually run on much lower profit margins than other places so I'm not surprised they offer other paid services. Also comparing a fancy restaurant not putting a candle in your dessert when a tgi in the us where staff are dependant on tips so will literally do anything to get them is hardly the same is it? I'm not even half way through this explanation and I'm already embarrassed. I wonder how her partner feels about it all (her bitching not the "incident " itself. And the double checking about allergies is pretty common, if you submit a form a month ago you could have developed one in the mean time, restaurants are usually so careful about this now

Sorry for the rant, I'd be annoyed with my partner for not intervening if a waiter was shouting st me? Especially as he works in hospitality so knows how to manage such situations, not to mention is a native speaker. I wonder if she was speaking in English or Italian? To me either way her comments sounded veryyy passive aggressive and would have made me angry

Any influencer, celebrity, etc. who posts something like this knows what they’re doing. I wish that one of these places would sue them for harassment, because thats exactly what this is. Kacie knows that her followers, who don’t even know what actually happened, are going to leave a lot of nasty comments and view that as some sort of punishment for the restaurant.

She just moved in with her boyfriend in Florence, away from the farmland she said she was in love with. He looks wealthy too and he’s friends with some of the Ferragamo family. I’m guessing she’s going to eventually marry this guy, get a different visa and secretly sell her farmland.

Same! I've been thinking this for a while. She worked mainly from home anyway. If someone covered the heavier stuff (like setting up events) I don't see why not. Though it seems to be a lot of mental stuff/anxiety as well.

Must be nice to go to get manis, to pilates, events etc and not worry about work or much else.

Also, poor Sofie. So tired, Dr said a while back to stay home due to early contractions, can't work (from home). And yet... I don't think I've ever known a pregnant person who got so many massages and spa treatments. Even non-pregnant people

It seems like Sofie’s been able to do a lot this pregnancy, even if she says that she’s home 90% of the time. I don’t get why she wasn't able to do a lot of her job online and had to stop very early in pregnancy.

The AMA questions were boring, all the same things people always ask her. How did she learn Italian, tips to learn Italian, moving to Florence, will she move back to the US The "best" one was asking her purpose in life lol.

I had sarcastically asked if she was a high risk pregnancy a bit ago since, yeah, she's been home doing nothing. Guess she really is! I do wonder if her veganism had a part in fetal development, maybe her being nutrient deficient. Who knows.

Da Tito has zillions of reviews, it's not hidden or a secret like Zoey thinks. But because it's outside the extreme center she must think she's in the know.

I’ve been wondering that about Dario for awhile. He doesn’t seem very willing to help her or stand up for her in his native country where she’s obviously not going to know how to navigate certain situations.

Me too. Supposedly he intevened "in the end." Lol. TBH, and it's just my impression from the few times I've seen him in her stories and his lack of guidance with things, he doesn't seem very bright.
