Why does she care so much about all the questions she's recieved about feet on the dashboard?? Surely it's easy just to ignore?

I also don't understand the arsey tone of ''what sort of people fill in a 23hr old Q&A box and don't look to see if their question has been answered already''....is it normal to check how long a story has been live for?! I'd don't think I notice it most of the time...

Jock, she's an over-thinker, for sure. I don't know if it's years of therapy that's made her like that? You get the impression that everything is psychoanalysed to the nth degree. It must be bleeping exhausting living in her head, constantly trying to understand your behaviours and make excuses for them. She needs to start owing her tit. We would all like her a bit better if she just said "You know what, i was a fool. I am wrong and you are all right." And she needs to drop all this woke nonsense. She's trying to be a perfect person when, in fact, she's a mess.

I know, Joback...and it's quite painful to watch. It seems to be a daily occurance at the moment. She needs some therapy to understand why she doesn't deal well with criticism. Though, having lived in Denmark for a few years, i'd take a stab at it being issues with her parents. No offence to any Dane's amongst us, you're all lovely once you thaw, but my god, they can be a very cold and unforgiving bunch. They're a tough nut to crack and that's me being polite about it! Sorry If i offend anyone! *Backs out sheepishly before the Danes lynch me*

The feet on dashboard tit is weird - yes obviously any car crash will likely leave you with injuries, but not one that would most likely render you unable to walk unassisted again? You could apply the same logic to seat belts or car seats…

I wish she would find another therapist, first of all she never should have been with the same one all this time, but she is also on medication (no shame , I am too) and to have to not improved at all in so long

Would love to know what happened behind the scenes at The Guilty Feminist - Deborah Frances-White has always struck me as the very worst kind of smug white feminist type, so I wonder if Sofie has reacted to that by trying to go the other way.

yeah it was definitely somethign to do with white feminism, I would be intrigued to know too. I have said it before but Sofie needs a new therapist, if you have been seeing someone for years and you have not got any better it is clearly not working

WHICH therapist tho! There’s two in rotation at the moment and they’ve been threatening to add a third!!

What’s funny is that I’m sure some of the people who ask questions and get rinsed for it on Sofie’s public stories are on her patreon and literally help pay the therapy bills!!

There are lots of stories about the feet on dashboard thing. From a mechanics and forces POV, it seems like a very bad idea too. I know once it was mentioned and I thought about what would happen in a frontal impact with airbag deployment, I stopped doing it.

yep the decision was made very quickly at the time wasn’t it? I want a dog…short time later…I now have a dog. How much research could have really been done.

Dogs like Hank are challenging even for experienced owners, let alone people who have never had a dog before. They’re not fun accessories you can drag around the country.
