I used to follow a lot of SW instas years ago and I remember one guy I liked but he vanished one day Ive just remembered him. Does anyone remember who it was, I think he was northern and friends with Mr Princess planning, I remember they walked up a mountain together. I want to say he had a girlfriend who had a sw account too, curly something? Scott maybe??
Or have I made all this up? Haha
I’m sure someone will know. I never followed Mr PP and stopped following Mrs PP after it went from a cute start up business and great idea to an in your face, annoying thing.

With the extortionate price tag. She’s gained weight and is rude now aswell. One member shared stuff from foxes planning and had her in their inbox (..me..) I’ve never bought one item from them since!

If that's the one I'm thinking of he cheated on his girlfriend and ran off with someone he met on instagram?

I'm sure I used to follow them too

It is annoying me as can’t recall anyone with curly in their name or indeed someone called Scott but as I said I never followed Mr PP.

Can anyone recommend the best steps to face into a poor relationship with food please as I really need to sort myself out. I am stuck in a black hole and feeling awful. Thanks.

Scott Davv or Davv Scott or something wasn't it?
Yes! Scott davv was the one.
What a shame he packed it in, he seemed relatable with his weight loss and fun to follow.
I want to say his gf was curly rolls? I remember she had beautiful curly hair.

I would say take all the pressure off yourself. Focus on your 3 meals a day. Don't label anything as good or bad, just plan 3 meals you'll genuinely enjoy eating. Don't worry about syns, points or calories, literally take it one meal at a time. Any diet club or diet rules will just make you worse at this point so don't look to them for help. I agree that professional help is the only way if you have an ED. It's so hard to undo years of dmaage 😪

Thank you I am finding it so hard and it felt so easy to lose the weight initially. Learning to not punish myself is a step I’m working on.

This is really good advice, moving away from any sort of counting is what people with an eating disorder are recommended to do 💖

Try and keep busy too. I'm a nightmare for snacking so I find distracting myself helps. Boredom eating is an absolute killer. Good luck! There's some really good accounts on tiktok if you have it, that talk about eating disorders/slimming club mentality

What does everyone think of princess planning
There’s something really off with her business? Chloe left a £30k Events Manager job to work for Princess Planning and all she does is Instagram. She doesn’t go in to pack orders when Charlotte is away etc so it just feels really weird to be paying her so much to do so little.

Money grasping con woman. Her products are ridiculously overpriced, and she originally stole the idea from Fox & Moon
She is rude and arrogant. I remember being told she would message the everyone she thought would help asking them to promote her and taking about how Fox & Moon stole her idea. Lots of big accounts said no to her and didn’t want to be involved.

Allow yourself to eat what you want.
You may gain some weight initially but you have to get the good and bad foods ect out your head first.
Once you allow yourself to eat what you want, you stop craving the foods you'd normally restrict and knowing that you're allowed them if you want them, you probably won't over eat them because you know it won't be the last time and that you can have them again whenever you want.
Once your mind starts adjusting to it, you'll eventually lose weight.
It's a long process though and it's very hard to basically let go.
