I think that’s if it’s juiced, not blended. So the fibre is stripped away and it’s just the sugar left. Obv mashing doesn’t because you mash it in your mouth while chewing. But you can use mashed/blended bananas to make pancakes so that why they say no. Stop people making delicious high calorie stuff with otherwise healthy food
