Sure in her programme you don’t lose weight? A new trend In those “reviews” she gets back. All mention how they didn’t actually lose weight but their mindset has changed .

So it’s basically 3 months of no weight loss and Shiv telling you it’s ok to eat and drink what you want.

Sad to say I acc signed up to the oven in January.. basically paying for an excel sheet and a weekly message from a coach telling you not to be so hard on yourself. After week 4 I hadn’t lost any weight or changed measurements and was getting really frustrated, the advice was to stick to it and try manage my expectations. By week 9 with still nothing changing I was finally advised to bring my calories down.. I was eating way over my maintenance on their plan, I felt like such a mug trying to trust their process and advice I was being given. The weekly lives were also such a joke, Siobhan sitting there basically begging people to ask her how she does it all, she came unprepared with nothing to talk about every week, relying on other ladies to steer the conversation. Rip off but a great lesson not to buy into any of influencer shite again

Over the next few days we will have;
-Big coat (even if it’s 16°C because she’s gained more weight than she would like & god forbid anyone recognised her.
-“So cold” at least 12 times a day regardless of temperature.
-Crusty lips bc of the cold (removing blame from the margs for 5 mins)
-A chicken fillet roll
-Mams rocky road (if she can be arsed making it for the 75th homecoming of the leech)
-Definitely not a tour of the box room
-A shoutout of “Anyone in town” to find drinking companions bc she has 0 actual friends who she could drop that message to.
-The hair lounge freebies.
-Probably (definitely) a surge in video of some description where she’s talking bc she will be feeling herself with her new weave which won’t be washed for 3 weeks.
-We will be subjected to “its so hard trying to pack your life into one case” before she heads off again.
-Deffo an increase in “im going to London if anyone wants to hangout” begging for attention from Diren.
Living differently indeed.🫠

I know someone close to me who is an alcoholic, they can run a 5k and sometimes a 10k in RECORD times and will say they feel amazing/not hungover but they genuinely couldn't get hungover because their body is so used to the alcohol abuse, it doesn't get a hangover anymore and it won't because they drink every day.

Shiv can't socialise without drinking because she is so ferociously socially awkward which is why she has to hang out with her sister and her sisters friend.

All the videos she shared today she looks so rough and unkempt. She's so unattractive from the crusty pale lips, unwashed/brushed hair, picked at skin, weird fake smile she thinks is sexy, sucking her teeth.

And please don't get be started with the "mindset" shite, what qualification does she have to help people with their mindset ? That's a therapists job.
