This is what I find interesting with these influencers. They take a truck load of supplements. If you’re that fit and healthy you shouldn’t need that much. What you eat should help. Get it if you’re older and need to add in extra for peri menopause but early/mid 30’s and you’re healthy and have a balanced diet I can’t see the reasons for so many pills.Pills > food
