That's what I thought too.
That is seriously shocking. He has always been an unfortunate shape, but something looks very wrong in the most recent photo. I reckon he has or is still very ill and has been using botox, filler and whatever else to try and hide the ill effects of it on his face.
The DM article says he wore that loungewear outfit 3 times this week, including one time at rehearsals….I’m sure it’s washed in between….but it sounds like he’s going for comfort…..he’s often been a casual jeans and shirt guy for auditions but this is crazy casual like he’s at the stage the comfort is more important……it does seem like he might be quite unwell. It would appear the press knows and are hinting at it with all the stories, especially the will one. :-(

I can only assume it's serious from the fact that there are literally no blind gossips about him, and no media speculation.......... DM are hinting as usual, but not one media outlet is really picking this story up.
Looks like he's had a tummy tuck and has got a binder on. Very very odd.
The left side of his face isn't as lifted. I think I agree.

Here's a video. He's definitely wearing a support, you can see it when he turns around. Seems in good spirits though.

He's struggling to walk in that video. The back brace. It might be down to his 'back injury' from his bike accident, or possibly there's something bigger going on (which is what I suspect).
If the weight loss/ lack of public appearances/ marriage proposal is down to his back injury changing his perspective on life, then fair enough. I think it's something more - all comments on Simon Cowell articles on the daily mail online are moderated. Regardless of the story.
