My little girl had similar a whole ago, tbh I just left it and it went away (gave her usual flea treatment in the meantime as I do every 3ish months) want away and she's now back to normal

I'm not sure why her skin is dry - its not excessive but there is sometimes a fair amount. I'll do some googling to see what the cause could be.

One of my cat tattoos, my old tuxie girl. I'm pretty heavily tattooed, mostly cat related or cartoon and music stuff.
Loki seems quite keen on his new cooling mat (sat on it for 5 minutes, not been near it since!)
