My friend (who owns the business Shannen "worked" with) said the same. She was kicking herself for not clicking on her "followers". When she did she was shocked to find half of "Bangladesh" and "Iraq" there, judging by the names, just fake. They now ask for media kit, which is what every company should ask when an influencer approaches them. Shan definitely wouldn't know what media kit is
This makes sense since they were delivered togetherSo I actually went onto the healthy kitchens insta page the other night, looked at their story and they were also promoting pastel events...from my gathering it looks like a couple with two businesses and Shannen is just so kindly offering to give them a helping hand to get them off the ground...

So she had a āsurprise visitā from a dog today. Meaning she also had someone from another household in her āappartmentā.. she just doesnāt give a tit boasting that sheās breaking gov lockdown!!

I honestly don't know why this annoys me so much but imagine eating your dinner out a plastic package every night its actually awful!!! Please use them nice plates that are set up on your table shan heat the food and place it on the plate ! It will actually be more enjoyable and also for luke he may feel like you've actually cooked for him if its served up on a plate on a dinner table no plastic on the sofa its cheap !!! Please take the guidance you are given !
When I messaged them asking why they broke lockdown rules, and Iād be telling everyone to avoid them I got blocked by Shannen but not by the pastel pageThereās something weird about that pastel events.. theyāre from Tallaght and only seem to āworkā with Shannenthey also do that space thing before full stops and exclamation marks

She's really not shy about giving herself notions, thinking she looks like all these people. And poor Luke, going to work everyday and peddling drugs at all hours so that this one can play dress up in the apartment. He's clearly on another planet to enable this kind of carry on. They have a very weird relationship. Neither of them seem to spend time with anyone else, even before lockdown. You never heard her say 'oh Luke is out friends etc'. Just had a look at Healthy Kitchen's website. A Mon-Fri meal plan, with 3 meals a day totaling 1200 calories starts at ā¬109.00. Are they having a laugh? Charging people over ā¬100 to try and exist on 1200 calories a day. If you want more food, the price goes up. And that's only for 5 days, so you're obviously still doing a regular food shop at the weekends. The menus are also just as shocking - omelette, BLT sandwich, porridge... who is so buzy that they can't crack an egg, or make a sandwich? She's an absolute fool.
