Chelsea not wearing any pants or a longer skirt and then getting mad about someone bringing it up was insane. Just put some pants on, it’s nothing to do with being a woman 
It just shows how contrived it all is and how weak the baldies are, in any other job it would be 'you'll wear what's appripriate or find another job.' He could have even threatened them with a dress code but obviously they would have had even less to try and make drama out of with any real life common sense rules.

They didn't even address Chelsea being an hour late to the brokers open she was hosting, in her area that in her mind, only she can sell houses in. That outfit was inappropriate, most of them are. It's more fashion show than selling houses.

Chelsea annoys me on a level that no one else on tv ever has. Chrishell is a close second.
I feel as though we got to see a glimpse of the real Chelsea when she was talking to Bre - a brief bit of normality and perhaps vulnerability. Otherwise it all seems too forced and for show.
I used to really like Crishell but she seems really whiney and fake too now!
I'm on the fence with Bre.

Alana is the only one who dresses normally/professionally. The irony was not lost on me on Mary calling out Chelsea but I guess it was a brokers’ open not an internal event! Mary does NOT to do well with confrontation. The faces she pulls are hilarious.

I can’t speak for others here, but I think Reddit seems to be a younger crowd and as a crusty old woman, I have worked with women who are like Chrishelle before and just from personal experience they can really tear workplaces up. Just the mannerisms, how she socially navigates things off the show too, it all tracks with some characters I encountered.
When I first watched the show, I guessed Chrishelle would try to isolate then bypass Mary (as Mary was the Twins’ lead agent and confidant), set up one or two others to become scapegoats and then try to break up the team when she felt she had enough.
Off the show, not impressed with her cosplaying the wronged woman. Especially when it seemed there was an ”overlap” between Hartley’s first wife and Chrishelle in the first place, before “getting with“ Keo the dancer when she was romantically linked with her DWTS married partner. And if she was genuinely serious about challenging homophobia, she would have fully cut miss Bre off immediately instead of only punching down like she did with Mary Lou.
I honestly think she roleplays whatever is “in” socially to distract the naive from her sleazy behaviour.

As much as Chrishell annoys me, I respect the fact that she still has the cop on to realise Bre wasn’t fully in the wrong for sharing news that was going to be hard to hear no matter who it came from. Emma and Chelsea need to grow up and stop being so dramatic with everything. I’m team Bre 10000% because she stays out of peoples business unless she really has to step in.
