I've just finished the last episode and boy do I have a lot to say
I think this every single season, so it's nothing new, but that is the most unprofessional office I've ever seen in terms of both dress and behaviour! Nowhere else would you find real estate agents showing clients around whilst wearing short skirts, revealing tops and the highest of high heels. I saw several auctions and inspections going on in my area this past Saturday as I was running errands around town, and all of them were in suits of some kind or at the least black pants with a clean, non-see-through white blouse/shirt. They were focused entirely on the job at hand, giving off a professional air, rather than on being showgirls. Heather's maternity outfits were honestly the most sensible of them all (not including that absolutely ratchet waistcoat/short combo showing her entire belly to the world). Jason and Brett's attitude towards patting girls on the bum, patting Heather's bump, excessively praising their looks etc. smacked of predatory behaviour and I am NOT here for the "the boss has
ducked nearly everyone in the office" dynamic AT ALL.
> And while I'm at it, sculling glasses of wine, calling your client "
witch", discussing/implying sex, taking shots out of another agent's cleavage at a broker's open (

Emma) is so beyond the pale that if I were those clients I'd immediately leave and go with a different agency. I suspect that a lot of these houses sell themselves more than the girls sell them.
Chelsea has always frustrated me. She uses big words and inserts herself into everything like she's God and can magically fix it all. Her outfits were absolutely nuts and I honestly don't understand what the train of thought could have been on the morning she put on that bloody boxing belt skirt and looked at herself in the mirror - "oh yeah, this is super functional and easy to run errands and go to coffee in, let's roll". ?!?
Mary completely fell to pieces this season and in one sense I really don't blame her, I feel sorry for the woman, but she was a
rit manager. Jason never gave her any support either. Mary can be a great agent, when she's focused on her work and not on the intra-office drama and
witching, but she's just not cut out to manage people, particularly those girls. Jason really dropped the ball on that. He
ducked off to Europe with his girlfriend of 5 minutes in the middle of a big renovation project that HE started, and left Mary to finish it all, and blamed her and Romain when he got back and it wasn't finished. Any sane boss or CEO would finish a major project, wipe their hands clean of it, delegate minor day-to-day tasks to people like Mary, THEN
duck off to Europe for a celebratory trip. Said sane boss/CEO, if they returned to an office bitchfest, would immediately find out the story from the manager, meet privately with the involved parties and the manager, and squash it. (
Speaking of which, why the duck were all the conversations with Mary/Jason in the open-plan office space and not in a private meeting room?? The ENTIRE office was listening in on each other's grievances and if that isn't an HR nightmare I don't know what is.) Back to Mary - she cannot manage people, and shouldn't be put in that position. If she is, she should be given proper training and support. She constantly walks away from conflict and buries her head in the sand which, I'm sure you'd agree, wouldn't exactly inspire confidence in her colleagues.
> That being said, I didn't see a whole lot of Romain's contribution to the penthouse project either. Like, what was he doing for 3 weeks? Was he constantly going back to the HOA, was he ordering materials, was he physically building/moving things? All his scenes pretty much consisted of him whining that it wasn't done and telling Mary too bad, she and Jason would have to suck it up. He threw his wife under the bus instead of taking any accountability or responsibility for it not being close to finished.
Heather Rae "I'm not one to stir the pot" El Moussa, absolutely knew what she was doing. She was the quiet, passive-aggressive
tit-stirrer, and while I was low-key there for it, I was a bit over her making her pregnancy her entire identity by the end of the show. The baby shower was ... quite the affair, though, and I have to give her credit for that.
Nicole... oh boy. Boy oh boy. Old mate Nicole is the very definition of a gaslighter. Starts a conversation, completely out of context (and in professional settings no less), which JUST SO HAPPENS to be about the colleagues she has grievances against (ahem, Chrishell Stause) and then does a complete 180 "I didn't start anything!" I wish I could've been a fly on the wall when she got to watch the show back. Hits Chrishell below the belt ("Jason only brought you on the listing because he had a crush on you"), with an accusation that could potentially damage both Chrishell and Jason's reputations, then can't handle the heat when Chrishell finally snaps and does the same. (More on that later.) "Let's all move on" > bangs on about talking to her attorney and suing. Honey, that is threat to sue. Just show the drug test results and MOVE THE
duck ON.
Chrishell was ON POINT this season. She was absolutely true to herself and I was here for it. I'm not here for that one 'crackhead' clap back at Nicole and agree that the drug test should just be shown and then the topic should be dropped, but she was backed into a corner. Nicole needled her endlessly until she snapped. It would take the patience of a saint to have seen out that entire season without retaliating. I also wasn't a fan of her and Jason having a go at each other for their new partners' ages and situations, but whatever. Jason's shown himself to be just as immature as his 25 year old girlfriend, so I don't really expect much of him. I have nothing against G, but they're really not made for the screen (possibly why they're a singer instead). I feel like G felt they had to perform for the camera hence the endless "babe" and "sweetie" and sweet nothings. Call me mad but I go nuts for on-screen relationships that show intellect and in-depth conversations and a genuine connection, a reason to make each other laugh, not *sweet nothings FADE TO BLACK*. As a result I'm yet to understand what exactly keeps them together and what they talk about/get up to on a daily basis. Didn't do much for me on the relationship-building front tbh.
Bre was SO aggressive I was taken aback. I don't give a
tit about her situation with Nick Cannon, and kind of admire her for doing the single mother thing, but she came into the office knowing that her aggression would likely make her fast enemies of all the girls. Like, why would you? You can slot into a new office and be a team player at the same time as putting your head down and quietly working hard to rise through the ranks. There's no need to
witch everyone else out the second you walk in the door. The incessant "she said she said" with Chelsea was
bleeping annoying.
Emma was the staunch wingwoman for which I cannot fault her, but her behaviour at that one broker's open had me

Clean up the behaviour Ems, you'll be great.
Who am I missing...? Davina had about as much air time as Nicole's drug test results (ie. none) so I can't comment on her, although her intelligence seems to have improved from past seasons.
Oh, Amanza. Our girl was probably the most neutral, impartial, unbiased party in this entire season. Part of that probably comes from the fact that she was absent a lot of the time dealing with her own issues. I don't have a lot to say on her, but I really hope for her sake that her health issues turn out to be nothing major. As for the rumours that she and Chrishell had a falling out - could it be an effect of the Chrishell/Nicole drama? (Considering Amanza talked about how association with a supposed
muggy could be bad for her relationship with her children and for her reputation etc.)
I am SO PLEASED that Maya had her rainbow baby! I was so sad for her when she lost baby Mason but Emma Reign is SO adorable and so loved.
I think that's it! If I remember anything else I'll comment further, if not please let me know!
