If anyone is looking for an actual real estate series, L'Agence/The Parisian Agency is a fun watch, it's also on Netflix.
Last I checked the newest season (3) didn't have English subs yet though. It's in French. But the main focus is the houses.

Mary can't keep Christine's name out of her name. They all look so tiny. Amanda used to have a freshness to her but the instagram face got to her.

Quite a narrow view… she can adopt, there could be someone carrying an actual child. She seems happy enough, it’s not just straight people who can have children

As if it's so unbelievable that she could be bi or could've been closeted?
And as Is204898 said, same sex couples are perfectly capable of becoming parents.
