Yeah Chrishell pretty much said they didn't like the design (because she didn't want to use anything that Amanza bought for it) because it was all black and white and glossy red. Sounds awful!

Well interior designing is a particular job : I have seen so many people get into a fight with their interior designer cause they just don’t get why they should hand out 10k checks just to hear advice

Also, remember how when she first came on she had a go at being a real estate agent and managed to get seemingly her first and last property into escrow. That career seemed to last all of 5 mins, it was never spoken of again and she went back to being an interior designer. I'm willing to bet it's because she just didn't have the organisational & communication skills or the sense of urgency and tenaciousness required to be a real estate agent for high end property. Not to say you don't need those qualities as a designer but I'm assuming high end real estate is so competitive you have to really be on the ball whereas I imagine you can still be a successful designer with lesser organisational skills.

I think its Chelsea being Chelsea, Cassandre isn't joining O group and Chelsea's underhanded slyness has been recorded for us all to see so she's playing victim to get O group colleagues and us back on side. That girl will do anything for money thats for sure!! And screentime = exposure = £££

I actually think she looks pretty good with the tweaks. Her work is definitely more subtle than some of the other girls'.
I finally watched the reunion and I just think Chrishell has become a bit of a twit. I think they've sort of pushed her to be the new HBIC since Christine left and it's gone to her head. It also doesn't really work, because Christine was wildly entertaining, for all her faults. Chrishell doesn't have that same charisma factor at all.

Binged all this over the last few weeks. It definitely went downhill quite rapidly and now barely about houses. The producers manage to get 3 episodes out of a 30 second conversation that happened weeks before. They all just seem to hang around and it's confusing if any of them actually make any money.

Mary and Romain seem the most genuine.

Amaza just seems after a free ride. Hung around the office for years because of the twins wealth and finally got in there.

Just when you think Chrishell is sort of normal she goes and does something ridiculous.

Christine had more charisma than them all put together and was a big loss to the show

The German model just seemed like a plant for a storyline

The rest of them... blah.

Chelsea reminds me of a Bratz doll with the makeup looks this season… the huge white/ purple eyeshadow

I think it’s really ageing, she’s really pretty but I would have guessed she’s nearly a decade older than she is, maybe without that eyeshadow and some of those hairstyles she’d look closer to her age

The whole this is so fake at this point. Amanza in the core ‘cast’ but not an agent, Jason and Brett talking about adding more agents when we all know they have loads more that aren’t on the show, it’s getting tired.

The commission split varies depending on how much Jason helps them. He could take up to 50%. So the figure on screen is the total commission that is then divvived up. So in reality, no one is actually taking home like $300k on a sale.
