Mary’s a people pleaser and a perfectionist. She has very few boundaries with Jason and Brett, they have taken advantage of that and exploited her. The problem is she then feels resentment when others don’t make the sacrifices she’s willing to make but that’s not anyone else’s problem. Even if Chrishell is not your cup of tea it’s clear to see she has strong boundaries and protects them firmly and with consistency.

Their last filmed conversation was an interesting one, Chrishell obviously felt the apartments were overpriced and she couldn’t on her good conscience pitch that to any of her clients. Mary knew they were overpriced but because she (Mary) had accepted it to appease Jason & Brett, then expected the same from Chrishell. But as agents their personal reputations are everything and that is ultimately Chrishells call to make.

yea I read somewhere it’s something relatively recent and being done across the real estate industry as a whole 🤷‍♀️
Language changes with time. Not sure why it’s so polarising tbh, the connotations of master isn’t good - sure it can refer to different meanings but in this context, master isn’t the young man of the house… we all see where it’s come from lol. Primary is fine and makes sense too.

Still finishing the series because I’m just not as hooked as the previous ones. I don’t know what’s turning me off more - the clothes, the weird attitudes to each other… something is off about it

Does anyone watch the Parisian agency, the family in it are so nice it’s the like polar opposite of selling sunset (plus the houses are much nicer!)

Do we still not know why Amanza doesn't talk to Chrishell?
I thought it was because Amanza had been investigated for drug taking as part of her custody battle and she felt that Chrishell accusing Nicole of being on drugs was taking it too far and had potential implications for Amanza ie a risk however remote of that triggering a re-investigation and losing her kids.

In terms of loyalty, Amanza feels forever in debt to Brett & Jason because they gave/loaned her money when she was financially ducked and brought her profile raising opportunities with the tv show etc. So Amanza is always going to side them. Overall I think the feeling with Amanza and Mary is that Chrishell is making unnecessary trouble for the smooth running of the O Group (as opposed to Chrishell feeling she is standing up to bullying and refusing to eat tit for the sake of group harmony / making Mary’s life easy).

I also get the impression they don’t quite get why Chrishell’s deal breaker with Jason was he didn’t want to have a child, to then end up in a queer relationship. It’s irrelevant and also none of their beeswax but maybe there’s more to it than we’ve been shown, also think Jason still likes Chrishell so given their ride-or-die loyalties, Mary & Amanza‘s sympathies will lie with him.

Also as the shows central character maybe they think Chrishell is getting too big for her boots? In Amanza’s heartfelt chat with Mary she seemed to be implying any troubles Chrishell had in her life were molehills being made into mountains.

tldr; I think it’s a few things bubbling up as opposed to any incident

Apparently it’s something to do with G - something like G agreed to appear on the show for a house as long as their storyline didn’t involve drama, the house they were looking at was being sold by Amanza and there was some drama there so Chrishell firmly told the producers she and G were not interested in pursuing the house and didn’t want the scenes to air. No commissions for Amanza or any airtime

I started researching from season 1. Davina is a total c*nt. Christine is TV gold, it's not the same without her. Romain is a legend. They all look better in the earlier seasons without the drastic weightloss. Emma is a vacuous whole of a human.

I just can't get over how skinny some of them are. Their arms are so thin the excess skin is just hanging off them. Eat something for gods sake!!

I also ended up watching the first few minutes of season 1 episode 1 the other day. Gosh it's such a different show now!

The French version lagence shows the difference in mentality
Those LA chick's are obsessed with their appearance and look like plastic.
The French look natural and are down to earth .You have to realize they own a huge property in one of the richest neighborhoods in Paris !!
Even the clients are so chic and low key despite being super rich
