I really miss Christine this season - she was brilliant (and wasn't as nasty at all as she was made out to be - she had a very soft and sweet side). Chelsea is awful. The one who annoys me most is Jason - he is so useless and just sits there with a smile on his facing doing nothing at all when there are issues between the women and they are going off at each other. As the employer he promotes and encourages a very toxic and unhealthy work environment.

Heather - do we actually see her with a client or doing any work in this entire series? She reminds me of one of those people on TOWIE who have to insert themselves into others drama to get any screen time.
Jason/Mary penthouse drama - fabricated to give Mary a storyline. Jason is not a good enough actor to pull that off
Mary is not cut out to be a manager at all.
Bre - I like her.
Nicole - still can’t get my breath at Chrishell calling her “a little cracked up”

You would think they would be commanding the highest quality workmanship and holding their contractors accountable to deadlines given the cost of the penthouses and the renovations.
My friend is renovating her house here in Australia and her timeline has gone from 1 March completion to 1 July completion and the builder has to pay them $500 a day every day they run over according to their contract
Ok I’ve finished the series while I did my ironing. Then watched the first of the very first series as it auto played and I had two more shirts left.
One thing that bugs me is they now call the master bedroom the ‘primary’. I have never heard that before and I noticed that in the first ever show they all said ‘master bedroom’. So it’s new. Is it some new crap designed because us feeble women were hurt by the word ‘master’? FGS.
Also Chrishell and G Flip is even less credible than I thought. That scene at Chrishell’s house where G says ‘cheeky’ a hundred times was so cringe to watch. They have nothing to say to each other. Even Chrishell looked embarrassed! G just kept looking at her creepily and repeating ‘make me excited’. I don’t get it at all.

I agree with G and Chrishell. Zero chemistry and just always seems forced. I’ve never seen them properly laugh or joke around together, just seems like they stare at each other and mutter cringe words back and forth. I don’t think it will last

The term master has racist and sexist connotations. Enslaved people had to refer to their “owners” as master and so did women with their husbands.
Christ, everything has racist and sexist connotations if you look at it like that.
Boys under 18 are often referred to as master instead of mister.
There's nothing wrong with using the word master.
It’s not how I look at it, it’s why estate agents have changed how they market properties, they’re aware how it can be interpreted and may be viewed negatively.
Quite unlikely that boys under 18 are the homeowners, or have the main bedroom so it’s not in reference to them.
Personally I’m fine with primary or main, small changes like these are very minor things that can be done to promote inclusivity.

Every time Mary appeared with the fringe, she behaved strangely. As if she expected something awful to jump out on them.
I feel sorry for Mary as I think she was dealing with a lot in her personal life, trying to get the penthouses finished and then the office drama was too much for her.
