I don't think she's having a manic episode personally. She's always being subtly messy on social media. But I'm sure if the heat doesn't die down, that's what she'll say.

Seen her on my fyp and thought what she has done now cause I knew it would be something weird if it’s on the fyp and she liked this video either last night or today. This girl is 31 years old , in a relationship whether it’s real or fake who knows but regardless you would think she’d be focused on that and this is how she spends her New Years liking stuff about her ex who she is clearly still not over and very obsessed with . I’ve said it so many times she’s doing herself no favours by doing things like this it’s very immature and proves she’s not over him and I think she’s bitter. If she had sense she’d realise the two of them were toxic and immature together and the best thing for her would of been to move on but instead she’s acting like this trying to prove she’s over Justin and soooo happy when she obviously isn’t. If she wasn’t using social media if she deleted it she would not be embarrassing herself like this again and again
Weird that Justin does (or used to do) the same. Like the time he got caught searching her name. And then there's the theories of Justins Instagram being controlled by Hailey. I think that could be true since the same happened to his twitter after a while back in the day. Selena needs someone to manage her socials because she's coming across as the crazy ex, and for all we know, Justin is still doing the same, just not publicly
She was on the early access episode of the podcast Smartless with Will Arnett, Sean Hayes and Jason Bateman. And they were gushing about how well she handles her mental health and fame - haha! I know this would’ve probably been recorded before her Benny Blanco rant/episode but it’s very ill-timed. One thing I will say is it made me realise how much she’s done career-wise and she’s only 31 so it was nice to think positively of her for once haha
She’s done a lot in her career and she can’t be faulted for that fair play she’s making a lot of money and rare beauty has done so well thats something for her to be proud of her but unfortunately her immature weird behaviour distracts from her career and achievements and a lot of the time the only person to blame for that is herself. She could easily not like things but she chooses to like shady stuff which makes her look like the obsessed ex.
She lives with a victim mentality and anyone who constantly says how nice they are and how pure their heart is usually isn’t that nice of a person cause they come across fake. Don’t get me wrong health wise she’s been through a lot and I think it would be hard for anyone to see their ex move on in 2 months and get married when he had been kissing you and all over you 2 months before plus there’s the toxic history of being on and off which can make an unhealthy attachment happen so I’m not saying that wasn’t hard for her to see him move on but it’s the fact that it’s 2024 and she still obsesses over him at times even if it’s out of bitterness she needs to let it go or at least talk to someone privately about it so she can let go and I do think she’s not over him with how much she constantly says she is and I do think she still feels bitter. In the beginning I understood it was hard for her but there comes a point when you have to move on as hard as it is.
It’s embarrassing to be liking shady stuff about your ex especially when she’s meant to be in a relationship now claiming she’s so happy so if that’s true focus on that , be private and mature and not online liking things about your ex. I don’t think she should have social media at all I don’t think it brings out a good side to her and it makes people associate her with Justin all the time with how she behaves online when she shouldn’t want that she should be doing her best to have all that in the past years ago and have people think of her accomplishments when they hear her name and not the constant drama she’s in which she causes a lot of the time.
I’m not fans of Justin and Hailey either I think they’ve all done weird things and I don’t care that they’re celebrities they’re not special. If only Selena would get rid of social media or let her management run it then maybe she can start to properly move forward with her life and help herself mentally.

I'm genuinely embarrassed for her watching that video. She's an absolute parody. It's like she's watched too many cliché high school movies and is basing her personality on the ringleader in them. The smug exaggerated nodding, desperate to start a witching session, smugly sitting back and watching her equally embarrassing friends react in a calculated and melodramatic way to her gossip. Just embarrassing on every level.
