Like all politicians will say and jump on any bandwagon that benefits them, then when they climb the ladder these issues and promises they make to "change" the system conveniently get forgotten about when they get into a position of power and climb into bed with big business and the rich who profit from government contracts.
Its like a politician being paid a consultancy fee by big business it's not a consultancy fee it's a back hander because the politician has helped grease the wheels by having words with someone so the big business gets the government contract,.

The Border choc oat crunch ones are hard to find in a pack with only them in but the variety pack has a few.
The lemon drizzles are never in the variety pack but are readily available in their own packet.

I agree 100%, the responsibility ultimately lies with the owner, who leaves their dog to wander around where there are pissed up strangers? Irresponsible dog owners, that's who. I am fed up of the dogs constantly being blamed when something bad happens.
