There are some TH fans on the TH thread ( who are perfectly sensible, I think and I genuinely don't want to come across as mocking, as I think he is a good actor) who feel that Tom isn't taken as seriously as he should be or wants to be because of Loki, but if that was the case, why does he do stupid tit like this? Just do your acting, answer your fans' questions at panels and sit the duck down whenever the temptation to dance/sing/do impressions overtakes you! He's a great speaker. Comes across as a perfectly nice guy- polite, genuine and enthusiastic about his work. Just don't go to China and believe all the teenies screaming and telling you what a great singer/ dancer/ comedian/ impressionist you are!

My own personal nickname for orlando bloom is orlando bloomerknickers. I cannot stand him hes so smarmy.I agree with this. I knew him yonks ago before he was famous and he was very geeky looking and gangly, so he’s definitely grown into his looks more. But even now, when he’s not in character he’s not particularly striking. I think it’s more presence when performing tbh. Very nice though!
Used to fancy Benedict in Sherlock I’m not sure what it was - the jacket collar? The sweeping cape like coat? No idea, but I’m interested if I still feel the love now that I’ve seen the otter resemblance

Gary Numan's wife was also open about being a fan but who can forget Meghan markle saying she'd never heard of Prince Harry. Also one of the guns n roses ex wives saying she'd never heard of the band who were massive at that time
I can't say for sure but could it be that they want to come across as more endearing and make out that they're genuinely interested in them as a person as opposed to attaching themselves to them for their fame, money and lifestyle.
I work with a women who has a cousin who was born and raised in a remote part of Alaska and even her cousin has knows of Prince Harry.

I agree that he’s a very good actor, very talented, comes across as a brilliant speaker and is clearly very intelligent and interesting but FOR THE LOVE OF GOD STOP. He does seem to have calmed down with the impressions and dancing in recent years so hopefully someone has pulled him aside and said Tom, love, pack it in will you?

This is so bad. I’ve clearly developed a new addiction to watching Hiddles make a prat of himself while dying slowly inside and yet being unable to stop. I did read somewhere that Graham Norton admitted he put him on the spot with that one. They usually agree before the show about that sort of thing and GN said he felt bad after he saw TH getting loads of stick online for it
