I really don't see why the GF laughs & find its funny when his using the phone driving, she herself was involved in a big Car accident & her friend came off worse! This was end of last year or start of this year! She did put a post about it and how the guy driving was speeding. So why she thinks its acceptable now? Yes he may not be speeding but all it takes is for another car to slow down in front of him
