Actually surely the cashless post is probs a couple of months old? Most shops in my area wanted to go cashless when the virus was at its worse and asked people to pay by card if and when they could.

I have 2 veneers due to an accident damaging 2 teeth and mine were not filed down to pegs like that? My dentist literally drilled a little groove along the edges of my teeth and the veneers are the glued and then slotted into place? I thought it was crowns which require teeth to be filled down so much?
Most veneers need replacing every 10 years and each time they need to drill abit more off...

Teeth don’t need to be filed down to pegs for veneers. They look like they are having a full set of crowns.I don’t envy them trying to get them sorted and maintain them as the get older and the cash has dried up.
NHS dentists won’t touch work like that, especially if it’s been done abroad. Most private UK dentists will be very wary of doing anything with them too!
