Yep I understand that, my point was I genuinely can't believe that they didn't do a S47 following the fact that there were visible marks and presumably a whole host of things the school hopefully put in their referral.
I'd say so too re the case review, I'm assuming they can't do it until the trial ends due to some things being unreportable at the moment.

She may have been singing and dancing a few days before she died, but she would already have had broken bones left untreated.
I'm assuming they've somehow messed with the metadata on the video of her singing and dancing because it is inconsistent with the level of injury Sara sustained in the days before her death
The report did say something about the date “based on the best available info“ maybe that’s why.
Anyway the pathologist wasn’t lying, she’d sustained severe injuries in the months prior to death.

It says on sky news that it was only BB lawyer who cross examined the pathologist so she's obviously using it to show that Sara was happy in that video with no signs of injuries.
Looking at some of the articles it seems like they’re really only trying to say the catastrophic brain injury hadn’t been done at that point, which I don’t think really does anything to help their case. If it was taken on the 6th and she died on the 8th, that’s at least a day and probably over that for them to inflict the brain injury and plenty of time for others to be inflicted too.
That dancing was likely one of the last things she could do, before the neighbour heard the scream.
Well I suppose BB’s counsel has to pull something together. They will be arguing that BB’s DNA wasn’t on the bat or the pole or belt as well. I look forward to finding out her excuse for not giving dental impressions or reporting US for violence 5 years ago.

Yup. I also note that US completed a 6 month DV course (even though he says he wasn’t abusive) so he’s screwed coz he’s clearly been beating Sara.
