They cared less for Sara because she wasn’t BB’s.

BB would sometimes buy her matching clothes with the twins’, but never showed her kindness.
No evidence of any education at home. Was just for selfish purposes to allow the abuse to continue.
Hijab to hide injuries. Was not Sara’s choice. None of US’ female relatives wear hijab.
US believed it was his right to impost disciplin
Sara was brave, feisty, spirited, stood up to US and his ego was boosted by the power he wielded.
Sara was not badly behaved. Bearings started at 6/7.
No sexual motive.
BB went along with it. Neighbours heard her shouting and swearing.
Messages show she was horrified by US but didn’t do anything to stop it.
Feb ‘22 for advice on protecting the children but went no further.
She was worried she’d lose her children custody if she sought help for Sara. She didn’t care enough for Sara.
Often BB would call US to come and punish Sara. Knowing he would beat Sara.
Evidence of BB actively participating toward the end.
US banned BB family from birth of youngest, and he refused to go himself, but BB could have stood up to him.
US punished Sara for vomiting and soiling herself. BB would call him home when Sara soiled herself, knowing he would beat her.
FM would have known what was happening. Uni term finished in May then he was home apart from 20 hrs/week working and a few hours hanging around a park.
BBQ video shows bruising and marks on Sara’s neck. FM was there.
Many assaults in last few weeks of Sara’s life.
Other children witnessed beatings
At the very least they would have heard her screams.
Older brother’s behaviour toward Sara was influenced by how US treated her.
71 separate
fresh injuries caused in few days before death.
25 separate fractures including 11 to spinal column.
Many older injuries evident, plus more that had healed without leaving visible marks.
Many injuries worse than in car accidents.
No doubt that beating with objects was regular, not just once.
Some injuries need mention.
Fracture to hyoid in neck. Vigorous strangulation.
Iron burns needed two people to carry out. Sure this was US and BB. At least two weeks but likely 2-6 weeks before death - incredibly painful.
Open burns on bones inside each ankle - either secured to a hot pipe or - more likely - boiling water poured on her.
6 bites made by adult. The fact BB was prepared to assault Sara in that way show that she was complicit and willing to cause that harm.
Sara tied up and hooded with plastic bags secured with masking tape in weeks before her death. Hard to imagine how terrifying this was for Sara.
“It gets worse”
Police found soiled nappy with Sara’s leggings because she was unable to go to the toilet when tied up.
Ankle injuries worse because soiled. Also so tight and ankles in contact with her bottom.
Sara was tied up when US was out and BB and FM were home. BB and US jointly responsible but idea was US.
Sara was underweight and under nourished.
Death cause my combination of injuries. TBI may have been last straw but is not the sole reason.
Burns caused with help of BB directly contributed.
Decline in few days before she died.
BB phoned US as she could see Sara was unwell. US stopped to buy vapes. Then beat Sara vigorously on her abdomen as punishment for pretending to be ill. Minutes later Sara died.
FM was in the house.
The three took steps to flee. Within less than an hour of her death they were booking flights. BB made the phone call and was calm. US heard urging her to book an earlier flight. Other children heard playing in background.
Steps to cover up. Washed her body and put her in clean clothes. Pole hidden, soiled clothes in bin. Part of FM uniform soaking wet.
Some evidence to suggest pressure washer was used to clean Sara but cannot be certain of this.
Withdrew cash on way to airport. No care about taking their other children and have not assisted their children’s return to UK. Twins being deprived of specialist education arranged for them in UK.
‘Legally punished’ was attempt to minimise what he had done.
Deliberately suggested he was in UK on 999 call.
BB referred to ‘incident’ in video then complained about the pressure the Pakistani police were putting on US family.
Only returned to UK because US family told them to.
